“Got 2 skylight replacements. -April 8th, Initial estimate appointment -April 17th, after back and forth with rep with long response times from him, accepted the estimate. -May 5th finally heard back after reaching out multiple times calling them -May 11th, they just showed up. No heads up. No appointment. Had to modify my work schedule on the spot. All in all seems like solid work (they definitely subcontracted). But the poor communication and long delay in the the work being done really put a bad taste in my mouth for this company.”
