“When our son, Tristan Simpson, came home (Easton, KS) after the snow/ice storm, we had him check our roof for damage. He was very professional and extremely polite ( even though we were his parents). He made sure the vents were intact and that there were no leaks or loose shingles. All the gutters were still firmly in place. Roof was in good shape. When it comes time to replace it, we will go with Shamrock roofing simply because of the professionalism and quick response time. “Never use this company before however I live in Prairie Grove, Arkansas and have a clearly marked, no solicitation sign per city ordinance . And they still come up on the door and knockNo one answers and they slipped their card in between the door and the no soliciting sign so I would not recommend using this company because they won’t listen to a simple sign and still insist on door-to-door sales when it’s clearly unwanted. “If I could give more than 5 stars for Zane Taylor and Shamrock, I would! Zane rang our doorbell on just the right day (I had recently taken down our "no soliciting" sign to install our doorbell camera), asked if we had any leaks in our roof, and offered us a free inspection. Normally I'm a hard no to any salesperson at my door but we did happen to have a leak during a rainstorm just a few days prior. He ended up finding some hail damage and helped us get our roof and gutters 100% covered by our insurance—and all the work was completed less than 3 weeks later. Zane literally handled every detail. He met with the adjuster, handled all the paperwork, and managed our depreciations so we could get a second payment from insurance for completing the work. He even hand painted our fascia boar”
