Surfco Restoration & Construction LLC

Surfco Restoration & Construction LLC works out of Springdale, TX, with a main focus on roofing for homes and businesses. They cover residential roofing and commercial roofing as part of broader construction and restoration work across the region. Crews handle new roof installs, tear-offs, and fixes after storms or wear. The outfit stays busy with both big commercial projects and smaller home jobs, sticking to straightforward methods that get roofs back in shape without dragging things out. Local weather patterns in the area mean plenty of calls for tough roofing that stands up to heat, wind, and rain.

Roofing crews from this company take on full residential roofing replacements and commercial roofing repairs, including fixing leaks, installing new materials, and handling damage from heavy weather. In Springdale, TX, roofs deal with intense summer sun that bakes shingles and sudden storms that bring hail or high winds, so common work involves quick patch jobs on damaged sections or full swaps when old roofs fail. Homeowners often face leaks that spread fast into attics or walls, and the team moves in with basic tools and solid prep to stop water before it causes more trouble. They keep jobs moving by showing up with the right crew size and materials on hand, avoiding delays that leave houses exposed.

Homeowners and business owners keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and bad weather, with crews finishing on time and charging straight prices without surprise adds. Speed shows in how fast they respond to storm calls and get tarps or new layers down before more rain hits. Quality comes through in clean lines and materials that last past the first season, while communication stays direct so folks know what to expect each day on site. “I recently worked with Alex, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Communication was clear and timely, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations”

“Alex is very professional and takes the time explaining everything!”

“We’ve worked with Surfco to have window trims and siding repaired when there was wind damage and also to fix bases of posts that were water-damaged over time. Tucker was great to communicate every step of the way from first quote through completion of services. Knew exactly what to do and how to help us solve the problems. I’d highly recommend Surfco and their team and will definitely call on them again!”

“We had storm damage after a tornado, and called in Surfco to do some preliminary moisture testing on our home, and they then did moisture mitigation work and ripped out all of the wet materials. They were extremely timely, highly professional and informative. This is clearly a very well run company.”

“Daniel is an excellent worker, and his communication skills are top-notch.”

“I was really disappointed in my experience with using surfco for a mold remediation effort. We felt really good about them when they came to give an estimate, but once we moved on to the contract phase and the actual work there was a complete breakdown in communication. On numerous occasions I reached out with questions and did not get a response for days, or sometimes not at all. We were told the job would take 5-6 business days and it ended up taking double that, but we were not kept in the loop on the status or the reasons for delays. We were told the work was complete, only to have employees show up again the next day, and I was emailed a request to sign a certificate of completion days before the job was even complete - so many examples of incomplete information and communication brea”

“I had a highly disappointing experience with Surfco. They demanded immediate payment before completing the work and even threatened to place a lien on my property. On January 29th 2025, I received threats of equipment removal and filing of a police report alleging vandalism, which was completely unwarranted. A scheduled meeting for January 30th 2025 to discuss billing discrepancies never took place, and instead, the crew was pulled from the site and demanded immediate payments for an estimate invoice of over $10,000 within 24 hours . Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Surfco refused to address errors in the invoice and focused only on whether I had signed the work authorization. Their aggressive approach and lack of transparency in billing are unacceptable. I cannot recommend their s”

“Got an estimate from Surfco of damages not disclosed by the seller regarding my first home purchase. They sent Christian over who is VERY professional, honest, informative and just very willing and eager to get my home back to it's worth...as if it were his own. I highly recommend these folks if you're needing an honest and straightforward estimate. He genuinely acted like he cared about me and my son's well-being and that is priceless.”

“It was my family’s first time using these guys or needing a restoration company. They did an amazing job replacing the water damaged floors in my home! They were very flexible with my schedule, and got the job done super fast. They were quick with answering any of my questions or concerns. Very thankful for a great company with great customer service!!”
