Priority Roofing

Priority Roofing is a roofing outfit based in Sun City West, Texas. They concentrate on roofing work for houses in the region. Texas weather brings long stretches of hot sun that bake roof surfaces along with sudden downpours and high winds that test every seam and shingle. Homeowners often need help when leaks appear or when old roofs start to fail under that constant pressure. This crew steps in to assess the damage and carry out the fixes required to keep the structure sound through another season of extremes. They handle everything from minor patches to full roof jobs that match the demands of the local area.

They perform roof inspections to spot issues early, repair damaged sections from weather events, and install complete new roofing systems using durable materials. Crews arrive with the tools needed for the job and work through the process step by step, coordinating with homeowners on timing and access. In Sun City West, common tasks include dealing with cracked tiles from heat expansion, securing loose flashing around chimneys, and ensuring proper ventilation to reduce attic heat buildup. This approach prevents bigger problems down the line for properties facing the area's climate challenges. Work stays focused on getting the roof tight and functional without dragging things out longer than needed.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up when promised, finishes without cutting corners on the materials or fit, charges straight rates that match the scope of work, and explains options in plain terms so there are no surprises later. That steady record on speed, quality, price, and communication adds up across the jobs they take on. DIRT Score 4.81 from 372 reviews on Finds.

“Priority Roofing just completed my full underlayment replacement, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. David and Eddie were outstanding throughout the process — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. They handled the estimate, stayed in communication, coordinated the crew, and David came back the next morning to walk the roof with me. That level of follow‑through is rare and really stood out. Felipe and his crew did top‑tier work. They were efficient, respectful, and kept the jobsite clean the whole way through. Mercedes kept things organized on the administrative side, and the whole team worked together smoothly. The job was completed on time, the cleanup was spotless, and the workmanship is excellent. “I am very pleased with my new roof and for Priority's help in visualizing the shingle colors that would work with my house. Priority worked diligently with my insurance company, which took time and effort on their part and which went very well. The staff were all pleasant to work with and were there for any questions I had. I am so glad I chose this company for my new roof!”

“Alessandro at Priority Roofing worked with us and our insurance company to get our roof replaced after the September 2025 hail storm. Great customer service and he was always readily available to answer our questions. I think Lupe was project manager and his crew was efficient and completed both sides of our Gemini home in 2 days. They cleaned up nicely when they were finished. We had a little snag with our air conditioner and Alessandro immediately sent out Ray who fixed us right up. Very pleasant and informative repair man. Thank you for making this easy and painless. We would not hesitate to recommend you call Alessandro at Priority Roofing to discuss your roofing needs.”

“On September 26, after returning home from my trip, a severe hailstorm hit Sun City, Arizona. I immediately suspected that my roof might have sustained hail damage, so I contacted my insurance company, The Hartford. The adjuster, Kim, came out to inspect the property and confirmed fresh hail impacts across the roof. Fortunately, the claim was approved for a full roof replacement. My next step was to find a reputable roofing contractor I could trust. While reading the Independent Newspaper of Sun City, I came across an article featuring Richard Urcino of Priority Roofing. I decided to contact his company, and Richard personally came out to inspect my roof. He confirmed exactly what the insurance adjuster found and walked me through every step of the process. Richard and his team went abov”

David was so easy to work with. Professional, honest, with utmost integrity. Tiles installed with before and after pictures. I’d not look anywhere else, and have priority roofing tackle any project you need completed.”

“Priority Roofing has made the stressful experience of needing a new roof easy and stress free. They handled all dealings with the insurance company and all appointments with inspectors and adjusters for us. They coordinated with the solar company with perfect timing, and were extremely fast but efficient when installing the new roof. Jordan was a pleasure speaking to when selecting the new tiles and explaining the contract with us. Lupe was also amazing. He walked us through the installation, and was here supervising the entire time. He helped us navigate a couple of the issues they found after revealing the roof itself when the old tiles came off. He kept us informed of every little detail and shared pictures of the issues and the completed repairs. The transparency and communication was ”

“Great service. I just purchased a home in SunCity Fastival. Prompt reply when I called and requested an appointment. David called and set up the appointment. Called 1/2 hr before the scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. Checked out the roof, reviewed thoroughly a few issues he found. He advised that they were small and he addresed them. If you are needing a roof company this is the one to call. David, thank you for the great service.”
