Disaster Recovery Restoration

Disaster Recovery Restoration works out of Tempe, Texas on roofing projects tied to their larger commercial restoration work across the Phoenix Metro area. They focus on roofs for healthcare facilities, hospitality properties, industrial plants, construction sites, and electronics manufacturing buildings where weather or other events create urgent needs. The company runs with IICRC, HAZWOPER, and ICRA 2.0 certifications plus Arizona ROC licenses that cover their operations. A 60-minute dispatch guarantee and round-the-clock service form the core of how they approach roofing calls that come in at any hour.

Roofing crews in this region deal with intense sun, sudden hail, and high winds that crack shingles, tear off flashing, and cause leaks into commercial structures. Disaster Recovery Restoration sends teams to inspect damage on site, remove compromised sections, and install new materials that hold up under Texas heat and storms. They coordinate with facility managers to keep operations running while work happens on large flat or sloped roofs, often combining roof fixes with water extraction or mold control when leaks spread inside. This approach keeps jobs moving without long shutdowns for the buildings they serve.

Homeowners and property managers in Tempe count on roofers who show up fast after storms, use materials that last in harsh conditions, charge straightforward rates without padding, and keep everyone updated on progress and costs throughout the job. These steady habits build trust over many projects and explain the strong marks this outfit receives across the board. DIRT Score 4.78 from 241 reviews on Finds.

“My house was leaking from the water heater in the garage behind the wall. Water leaked into the garage, from room closet, bathroom and laundry room. We call Disaster Recovery Restoration and they got to my home very quickly. We worked with Christian. We had told him we were concerned about the demo because we had a new born in the house. He assured us he would keep all the dust and debris contained, which he did. They demo'd my house, found the problem, called a plumber and got it fixed right away. Christian and his crew worked fast and they were very professional. I appreciate all the concerns they had for my family while they worked. Thank you DRR.”

“Al Califano provided extensive service. He pinpointed the area of the leak and saved us from greater expense of ripping up tike flooring.. Also saved our wood flooring which started to buckle. I highly recommend Al. Thank you Al”

“Makenna and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I feel confident recommending them to anyone in need of disaster restoration services.”

“Their van blocked the whole highway just to cross the gore lane because they missed their exits. That WOULD CAUSE A DISASTER! If their standard for safety is so low, I would never trust this company to do anything. Simple driving says A LOT about the character.”
