22 Home Solutions

22 Home Solutions works as a roofing contractor based in Tucson, AZ. They handle roofing jobs for homes and businesses across the area, with a focus on practical fixes and installations suited to the local environment. The desert climate brings nonstop sun exposure along with seasonal storms that crack shingles and loosen flashing. Homeowners here often face leaks after heavy rains or gradual wear from heat that shortens roof life. This crew steps in to address those exact problems through straightforward service calls and on-site assessments that match what the buildings actually need.

They cover roof repair and replacement work, along with inspections to catch issues early, new roof construction, commercial roofing projects, solar panel installation, and siding repair or replacement. In Tucson the intense UV rays break down materials faster than in milder climates, so crews check for blistering and granule loss during every job. Storm damage from wind and hail shows up regularly too, requiring targeted patches or full sections replaced to keep water out. Duct sealing gets included when roofs tie into HVAC systems, and the same crews manage alarm setups during bigger exterior jobs. Property owners call them when old roofs start failing under the daily heat load or when they want to add solar without separate contractors.

Customers rate the outfit highly for turning around jobs quickly and keeping costs in line with the work performed, plus clear updates throughout each project. The consistent feedback highlights solid results on both small repairs and larger replacements that hold up against the weather. DIRT Score 4.64 from 241 reviews on Finds.

“Excellent work at a reasonable price. Their crew worked diligently for 3 days to make sure the job was satisfactorily completed. After cleanup, I could not find even a scrap of old roof material in the yard. Alejandro kept me informed every step of the installation and visited the site many times.”

“I recently had my roof replaced by 22 Home Solutions and the experience was seamless. They worked directly with my insurance company, which saved me so much time and stress. Alejandro’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When we ran into an unexpected snag during the job, Alejandro didn't skip a beat—he went right back to the insurance company and secured the extra funding needed to cover it. The final quality of the work is top-notch and honestly can’t be beaten. If you want a team that truly takes care of you, call Alejandro.”

“These roofers are AMAZING!!! They completed our home, guest house and shed with shingles and rolled roofing in 2 days!! Alejandro the manager was in contact constantly and was very thorough! We had a old skylight that had been insulated in, these fabulous roofers helped us locate the skylight inside to determine if we wanted it opened back up, based on the location we declined, and Alejandro changed the order right away and they sealed it up tight after removing the old skylight. The roofers spent extra time making sure that there was not debris left in my yard so my children and pets did not get hurt on anything. These guys really do it right!!! Best pricing we had received, quick, efficient, detailed, considerate and very communicative.”
