About
B&M Roofing is based in Tucson and specializes in roofing for residential and commercial properties. They provide repair replacement and inspection services to keep buildings protected from the elements. The team works on various roof types including shingle metal clay tile concrete tile and built up systems. Local folks call them when roofs start showing wear from the desert sun and occasional heavy rains that hit the region. Their approach stays straightforward with clear options given to customers upfront. They handle storm damage restoration as well and help with insurance claims when needed which makes them a go to for many property owners dealing with sudden roof issues after bad weather.
Tucson roofs face constant pounding from intense heat that cracks tiles and bakes shingles until leaks appear so B&M Roofing crews focus on thorough inspections first to catch small problems before they spread. They handle full replacements on worn out shingle roofs that have taken years of sun exposure and put in metal roofs designed to last longer in the dry climate. Repair work often means fixing concrete or clay tile after wind events and resealing around vents or flashing on built up commercial roofs. Estimates come with straight cost breakdowns and jobs get done on schedule without extra layers of hassle so property owners know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Customers keep coming back because the work holds up well under local conditions with solid quality that avoids callbacks and prices that stay competitive without surprises. Response times run quick when storms hit and crews explain options in plain terms during the whole process. That mix of speed quality and clear talk builds steady trust across hundreds of jobs. What Customers Say
“We recently had B&M Roofing perform tile maintenance on our roof and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and address any issues before they became costly repairs. I appreciated their attention to detail during my home inspection, and they showed up very quickly. After I purchased the home, they replaced broken tiles, checked the underlayment, secured loose tiles, and provided photos throughout the process so we could see exactly what was being done. The crew arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and communicated clearly every step of the way. I'll definitely use them again in the future.”
“They were very unprofessional from the start dropping wood through the garage on my wife’s car and dropping nails everywhere that caused a flat tire and I’m finding still up to 2 years later. They were playing loud music at early hours showing up and leaving at random hours and took days longer than stated which doesn’t seem that bad until you consider the loud music and vehicles taking up all the parking. They did shotty work that is evident from the pics(there are more that I didn’t post) even leaving nail heads exposed and shingles bubbling up and the fact that the warranty is so short (5 years on 30 year shingles and only 2 years on the repair) and excludes bad weather and animal debris among other things that are listed in the contract and that’s not a complete exclusion list accordin”
“I own and operate a licensed contracting company, but we do not do roofs. I recommend B&M roofing to every single person who asks me who I would choose for the over 3 years now that I've been licensed. Every. Single. Time. You decide the quality of your roof with your research, budget, dilligence. You can have it done or done right. B&M Roofing is done right.”
“We needed roof repair from B & M Roofing. We had a small ceiling drip after their initial roof replacement. The sent a flat roof specialist to our house the morning I called about the drip. Alex arrived in about 30 minutes. He did a thorough diagnosis, came in with his repair plan and got started. He repaired some small holes in and around the legs of the air conditioner unit on the roof. He recoated the whole area and dried it. He showed us photos after he was finished and gave a complete explanation of all that he did. We are impressed with how quickly B & M arrived to work on the drip. We are impressed with how efficiently Alex addressed all possible areas of the drip. We appreciate the photos of the repair work and the complete explanation of the work completed. If you need roo”
“B&M Roofing installed a beautiful metal roof on my Mt Lemmon cabin thats currently undergoing renovations. We had a timeline and they committed to it regardless of the distance of the location, snow, and pitch of the roof! They were also very reasonable in their price!”
“If you want an affordable company that does not cut corners on a project then B&M is definitely your company. The work they do is beautiful. They are very thorough, kind and go above and beyond! BEST price in town. BEST work in town. Definitely give them a call and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed! Thank you B&M for your Exceptional work and amazing customer service❤️”
“There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. Watching the roof being removed from your new home (during monsoon season!) is definitely unnerving, but the end result.... wow. Good for another 25 years. Friendly, courteous and professional. We can't recommend them highly enough.”
“This company (B&M Roofing) was the worst! I requested that they replace the roofing paper on my guest house porch and this is their finished product! Looks like they used scrap materials from another job on my house! They threw roofing nails all over my yard and get this, they tore off the old roofing paper, put it in bags and left the bags on the side of my house for 3 weeks. When they came out to replace the paper, they sent two young men/boys that had no idea what they were doing as you can see from the two photos. I would never hire this company again.”
“There are a lot of roofs being redone in our neighborhood of 25 year old homes. I had the advantage of seeing the quality work these folks do before I hired them to redo my roof. Concrete tile with close to 4,500 SF under roof. A well organized and large enough crew that got the job done in 4 days. On site foreman, daily visits by the project manager and specific people assigned to specific jobs. Like the carpentry required to replace 40+ feet of rotted fascia and rafter tail. I also appreciated the accuracy of the estimate. I had a contingency set aside and didn't need it. The job was within $200 of the estimate. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough cleaning on the last day. The project manager then came by for a complete inspection, touched up two places, and photograp”
“Unfortunately, after confirming the work to be done multiple times throughout the process with B&M, they failed to do the work promised. I even confirmed with multiple employees on and off-site during the reroof when it appeared that they were diverging from plans, and they lied to my face. I’m left with a mess and an expense 4X what I was quoted from other reputable Tucson companies to do the work they actually DID. A few days after the work, without ever receiving an invoice, I was told they would be adding a 10% late payment fee. When I reached out to ask why they did not do the work we had agreed to, they sent an employee out to explain that they had carefully crafted the contract to protect them from their empty agreements. Later talking to the owner, Brent, he said the agreements we ”
