Desert Sun Roofing & Reflective Coating LLC

Desert Sun Roofing & Reflective Coating LLC handles roofing work out of Tucson with a clear focus on roof coatings and related fixes. The company has operated since 2007 and ranks among the longer-running outfits in the area that specialize in reflective coatings for flat and low-slope roofs. Their shop sits at 5210 E Pima St, and they carry the necessary state licenses for the trade. Homeowners in Tucson call them when intense sun and monsoon rains start beating down on older roofs, and the crew steps in to apply coatings that reflect heat and seal out water before leaks turn into bigger problems.

The team performs roof coating on commercial and residential flat roofs, restores surfaces that have cracked from years of heat, repairs or replaces skylights, handles general roof maintenance, tracks down leaks, and manages waterproofing. They also take emergency calls when storms hit and provide commercial roof repairs that keep businesses running without extended shutdowns. In Tucson the dry climate and sudden heavy rains make these jobs routine, so the crews know how to work fast on hot surfaces, apply coatings evenly, and check every seam and drain to stop water from finding its way inside.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real desert conditions, crews show up when promised, and prices stay straightforward without surprise add-ons. Reviews mention solid communication from the office through the final walkthrough, quick response on repairs, and coatings that actually cut indoor heat. That steady record of getting roofs sealed right the first time adds up to the strong marks across speed, quality, and value. DIRT Score 4.89 from 141 reviews on Finds.

“Jeremiah and Jayden (Desert Sun Roofing) came and replaced all 6 of my shylights that were damaged due to hail, and recoated my roof. It was a bit of an emergency as my skylights were leaking and it was going to rain in a couple days. When I called Jeremiah, he made time to come out the same day and did the repairs the next morning. Their speedy response and lightning fast repair time was amazing! I always use Desert Sun Roofing for my roof needs, their service and quality of work is outstanding! Jeremiah and his team are polite and professional and they always clean up super well when they're done! I love Desert Sun Roofing and highly recommend them! Thanks Jeremiah for your great work and excellent care!”

“I highly recommend Desert Sun Roofing and Reflective Coatings. Jeremiah is a pleasure to work with, and I have been relying on his services for years. From start to finish, he and his team demonstrate the highest level quality work and professionalism.”

“Best-in-class. Jeremiah is authentic, honest, knowledgeable, professional, experienced. Arrived on time with a top-notch, hard-working crew. Did a beautiful job recoating our flat roof including the solar panel footers (always a point of concern for us) and even rinsed off the panels while they were up there. Provided lots of before and after photos and videos. 100% happy with the work and 1,000% recommend Desert Sun. We'll be hiring them for every recoat and repair from now on. Hire them, you'll be glad you did.”

“Jeremiah does excellent work. He keeps you informed every step of the way. Second time he’s done our home. Now I’ve got him headed to do my daughter’s house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Desert Sun Roofing is By Far the best company we have ever utilized for our home maintenance! Jeremiah cares about our roof as much as we do (!) and, as a contractor, can be depended upon to communicate effectively regarding all matters pertaining to the roofing project including start dates, weather issue updates, and even roofing matters outside the scope of the project: if Jeremiah sees something roof-related (in our case, for example, a solar panel issue), Jeremiah will report it to you and make a suggestion as to what you might do to resolve the issue! We simply cannot recommend Desert Sun Roofing and its owner, Jeremiah, enough! Do yourself a favor and call them today!”

“Jeremiah & his crew are awesome! They explain what needs to be done, arrive on time, & perform the services needed with no surprises. This is all done with a very reasonable price for the service provided. I have been using Desert Sun Roofing for many years with no complaints. I highly recommend them for any of your flat roof needs.”

“Jeremiah was very communicative at every step of my roofcoating, explaining in detail why each repair was important and the purpose it served. It was great to get that education. I hadn't had my roof done in some time, so it was good to know what to keep an eye on in the future. He brought a large team, so my roofcoating was finished quickly. I will definitely recommend Desert Sun to anyone who asks.”

“Great roofing company! Jeremiah was very responsive, communicative, and provided us with an accurate timeline and details on the project (which was more complex bc we have solar and a lot of sky lights). The guys who came were quick, thorough, and our flat roof has never looked better. We had a couple areas with leaks before, and Jeremiah prioritized getting our roof recoated before the monsoon season. After a few heavy storms this season, still no leaks. Very happy with the service and will recommend!”

“Desert Sun Roofing is the best! Jeremiah and his crew did an excellent job covering my roof with protective coating. Jeremiah was involved with every part of the project and I especially appreciate how he regularly communicated with me and showed me both before and after photos. I plan to use his highly professional services again and I give him a 5 star rating and highly recommend Desert Sun Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done! Jim”
