Jaime's crew worked their tails off and completed the job in about 12 hours, taking one break for lunch. I scheduled the work and Cody and his crew showed up. They were very courteous and completed the work within a few hours. They were neat and did a very good job cleaning up. They addressed my concerns and offered a 3 year warranty. For a ~4,000 sf built-up roof coating, I received estimates ranging from about $0.95/sf to $3.10/sf—nearly a threefold difference for a similar scope of work.
