Having her as my one point of contact the whole time made me feel way more comfortable than dealing with a big company. Her communication was great and she was always easy to reach. It started with a free inspection by Sam, and a walkthrough of pics/videos of his findings (there were many, roof was 20+ years old). Based on his friendly approach and thorough inspection I decided to move forward with the project. Sam was great throughout, as was everyone I dealt with (Project Manager Tim, owner Michael). My project did experience delays due to material (less than one week), and the team kept me up to date as things progressed.
