Lyons Roofing

Lyons Roofing works out of Tucson, TX and sticks to roofing work for houses and businesses in the area. They cover the full range from putting up new roofs to fixing old ones that leak or take a beating from the local weather. Homeowners around here often run into problems with heat buildup under the shingles or flat sections that trap water during sudden rains, and this crew knows the spots that fail first on tile, shingle, or foam setups. They also handle inspections with drones to spot issues before they turn into big repairs, plus add-ons like solar attic fans that help cut cooling loads in the Texas sun.

Their day-to-day involves residential roof replacement on pitched homes, commercial flat roof repairs on warehouses, and routine maintenance calls to keep foam and shake surfaces sealed tight. Crews show up with the right materials for the job, whether it is tile on a steep slope or shingle on a standard house, and they work through the install or patch without dragging it out over weeks. When a homeowner needs a drone inspection to check hard-to-reach spots or a full commercial job on a flat roof that has started bubbling, they schedule it around the property’s use so the business can keep running. Common fixes include sealing leaks on foam roofs or swapping out damaged sections on pitched roofs before the next storm hits.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily heat and rain without callbacks, the crews show up when they say they will, and the bills stay in line with what was quoted. Speed on emergency repairs, solid quality on new installs, straightforward pricing, and clear updates during the job all add up to steady repeat business from the same neighborhoods. “Lyons Roofing Co. in Tucson is exactly what you hope for in a roofing contractor: professional, responsive, and genuinely dependable. From the first call, Dylon Wilmot was exceptional, clear about options, timelines, and pricing—no pressure, no vague promises, just straightforward and friendly guidance. He even went above and beyond our expectations in volunteering his own time to come place tarps over the roof leak area, when circumstances unrelated to Lyons delayed the start of our new cement tile roof installation. Dylon and Art Cargola, our project manager, and his crew showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and kept the jobsite clean and organized. The friendly crew worked efficiently and their craftsmanship is obvious—everything looks sharp,”

“Art was amazing. We worked with him to get the roof replaced and again when we needed warranty work done. Everything was fine thoroughly and expertly. Would recommend Lyons roofing and Art for all your roofing needs.”

“The Sales rep from Lyon Roofing, Dillion, was very courteous and didn’t try to upsell with things that I knew from friends and family, hadn’t worked here in Tucson like ridge vents that other family have seen leak because of monsoon. He offered several solutions for our roof that are great for our budget and let us choose the one best for us. We greatly appreciate his forthright open attitude.”

“Dylan communicated well about his arrival times. He showed up on time, was pleasant, professional and did a good job inspecting and reporting on our roof. He then presented 3 options and costs and answered all questions. He followed up by email within minutes of leaving.”

“Dylon (Roof Inspector) was Great! Really Nice and explained what would need to be done. Price is Great for the repair job. Roofers Octavio and Hector were Great and Professional! They were efficient and did Great Quality Work! Would recommend Lyons Roofing to others!”

“Thanks to John (in the office), Art, and Octavio for stepping in and up to help find an annoying leak we’ve had indoors, by our fireplace, whenever there’s a heavy rain. Art came out and helped troubleshoot the issue; and Octavio finished the dirty work (and did a great, clean job!). Keeping our fingers crossed for the upcoming rain this weekend. Lyons gave us a new roof 2 yrs ago, and did a bang up job. Hard workers! Everyone is extremely personable, courteous; and Art is always quick to respond and a super guy. Hard to find people like him in a workplace anymore.”

“Dylon Wilmer did a fantastic service! Courtesy was great, very easy to work with. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Lyon Rooting and Dylon to everyone! Max johnson”

“I had a fantastic experience with Lyons today. I heard about them through Rosie on the House, and I booked a roof inspection on a home that I purchased a couple of years ago. I didn’t have any notable issues, but wanted an assessment to ensure that I understood the condition of my roof and am keeping up with proper timing for maintenance. Dylan came out this morning to complete the inspection and I was very impressed with the experience. He arrived on time, he was polite, and he completed the assessment quickly. He looked at a few spots that I had mild concerns about and paid special attention to those while completing the inspection. My roof is in great shape and he was honest and transparent about its condition. He told me that a re-coating was not needed for another 1-1.5 years, and dr”

“They were very responsive when we needed a warranty repair of a small section of our roof. We needed it fixed because we were selling our house. We had no leaks or any reason to believe there was a problem. But a "sellers" inspector indicated repair in a small area was warranted. All Lyons staff was friendly and cooperative. They did not hesitate to take care of our request.”

“I had a roof damage inspection today by Dylon. Dylon arrived when he said he would. He told me who he was, shook my hand and asked what he could do to help. Off to a great start. He checked out my roof. He is a knowledgeable roofing professional. I trust the advice/recommendations he gave me today. Thank you Dylon for your honest work today.”
