Modern Roofing

Modern Roofing works as a roofing contractor out of Tucson, Arizona where they take on all the roofing jobs that local homeowners need. The crew handles everything from full replacements to smaller fixes while keeping costs in check. Notes from their setup show they focus on insurance claims and hold the certifications that matter for proper work in the area. Tucson roofs face constant sun exposure plus monsoon downpours that create leaks and wear fast. This company steps in with straightforward service that matches what the city actually requires without extra layers of hassle.

They perform roof installations, repairs, and replacements suited to the desert conditions around Tucson. Intense heat cracks materials over time while sudden rains push water through weak spots, so common calls involve fixing storm damage or replacing sections hit by UV breakdown. The team shows up to inspect the actual problem, selects materials that last in dry heat and wet bursts, and completes the work on site without dragging things out. Homeowners often face issues with older shingles or tile that no longer seal right, and these roofers address those exact failures using methods that fit the local climate and building styles.

Customers give them solid marks for moving quickly on jobs and delivering work that holds up, along with fair pricing that does not inflate for basic roofing tasks. Communication stays direct so owners know what is happening at each step, and the quality stands out when roofs must handle Tucson's temperature swings and seasonal storms. Speed and reliability in handling claims and repairs build the track record that adds up to their overall rating. DIRT Score 4.55 from 115 reviews on Finds.

“Miguel Burrola at Modern Roofing was a pleasure to work with from inspection, to quote, to installation, and walk through at the end. Jonathan and his team delivered on time within my very tight schedule and on budget. The new roof was installed in 1.5 days and it looks great. They also did a very thorough cleanup around the property plus they secured my wobbly gutter without me even asking. It's the details that really put them over the top. I highly recommend Modern Roofing!”

From the initial and very detailed quote gave me the security to move forward with our project. Miguel is very professional and well knowledgeable. His team was punctual and respectful with our tenants. Miguel maintained clear and daily communication. Every day Miguel texted me pictures for the daily progress. Miguel explained to me in detail on how the warranty works etc. They were no hidden cost at all, just an honest and fare pricing. “This company was referred to me by another company after I had a leak in my kitchen. I started off dealing with Marco in the office and then was dealing with Miguel. These guys know what they are doing. They were on time and the crews were very polite and supremely professional. They did the most beautiful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. I appreciated the fact that they dealt with the insurance company directly and got my kitchen done. Miguel was great at answering my questions when I had them. He was so nice. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!!!”

“I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work the Modern Roofing team accomplished in re-roofing my wind damaged and leaking roof right before the 2025 Holidays. Before any work or material was ordered, Miguel and his crew made time on a weekend to lay a protective tarp over my leaking roof to prevent additional damage as rain was in the forecast. I am appreciative of the communication throughout the process and highly satisfied with the results. During my project, there was a a minor material discrepancy caused by the supplier. Justin and Ariel acknowledge my concerns and promptly rectified the issue. I would particularly like to commend Justin, Miguel, and Ariel for their professionalism, transparency and hard work throughout the project. Their dedic”

“Excellent experience! I called for a minor leak Tuesday. Tyler, the inspector, came out Wednesday and gave the clear plan. Tyler came out Thursday and fixed the problem! They were very reasonably priced. There's no need to keep looking for roofers. Modern Roofing gave great customer service!”
