Rob's Roofing LLC

Rob's Roofing LLC is based in Tucson where they specialize in roofing for residential properties. With roots going back to 1993 they bring more than thirty years of hands on work protecting Southwest homes from tough weather conditions. The company holds GAF Master Elite certification which sets them apart in the trade and they offer warranties that last up to fifty years on their installations. Homeowners in the area turn to them for reliable roof work that holds up under intense sun and sudden storms common to the region.

In Tucson the roofing work often involves dealing with the relentless Arizona sun that bakes shingles and causes cracking over time along with monsoon rains that can lead to leaks if seals fail. Rob's Roofing handles installations of durable materials like those backed by long warranties and performs repairs on damaged sections from wind or hail. Their process starts with a thorough check of the existing roof structure followed by removal of old layers if required and careful application of new coverings to ensure proper drainage and insulation against the heat. Homeowners face issues with attic overheating so the team pays attention to ventilation during every job to keep houses comfortable year round.

Customers in Tucson keep coming back to crews that deliver roofs built to handle the desert extremes without constant issues down the line. Praise often centers on how quickly problems get resolved after storms hit and the quality of the workmanship that prevents future leaks. The pricing stays competitive while the explanations about options help homeowners make smart choices for their properties. This steady performance across many jobs adds up to the strong rating they hold. DIRT Score 4.62 from 191 reviews on Finds.

“I can’t say enough good things about Rob’s Roofing. They were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everyone on the team was professional, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Cristian especially went above and beyond, he took the time to walk me through the entire process, made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way, and never made me feel rushed. The quality of their work was outstanding.”

“Diego Dorame was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about his inspection of our roof and gave us recommendations based on our needs. He did not try to upsell us and let us know the pros and cons of each option. He also spoke with our solar company about removing and replacing our panels and provided them with all the certifications they needed and gave us a quote that was half of what they quoted. We were able to get an installation date within one week of our appointment! Looking forward to a beautiful new roof!”

“I was planning on replacing my 21 year old roof by next monsoon season. roofing companies had stopped by before so I already had a cost estimate. Rob's roofing agent stopped by so I thought I would get an estimate. Matt showed up at the set time and he went up and started taking pictures, he had several even included parts of my yard, so I knew my photos were not mixed with someone else's, He went step by step with cost for different types of underlayment. Matt never pushed any one product he let me decide and I usually go somewhere in the middle on products. He never tried to hurry me in fact we talked about many different subjects. I chose what I wanted and that was that, we agreed on a start date, and time to complete which was 3 days. The roofers showed up on the set day and were done”

“I just wanted to take the time to let people know if they need a roof inspection or a roof estimate this is definitely the company to go with. Their sales person Dakota was the most incredible,p 01-AO-FrontMatter-6pages phenomenal patient, kind and knowledgeable person that I have met in that industry. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail in a kind way and not pushy like many other sales people are. When I am ready to replace my roof I would definitely use them. I definitely recommend them whether it's a small project you need or a full replacement. Thank you so much for being such a great company and hiring phenomenal people like Dakota.”

“Update 3/21/25 - I reached out as a last-ditch effort to give Rob’s a chance to rectify their poor workmanship after not hearing back after 7 months. To my surprise, they sent a crew out to inspect my roof, made a plan with me as to what they needed to do to fix it and they actually came out and did it! Maybe miracles do happen? I am glad that in the end, they tried hard to make it right, it was just 7 months late. It felt this time, the people that were sent out actually cared and validated my concerns (unlike Stephen, the Tucson manager). Thank you to the ones who actually felt like they cared - Jared, Alby, RJ and Gilbert and his team. I really do appreciate it. 3/10/25: I would not recommend Rob’s Roofing in Tucson. I noticed they started a separate Tucson business page that is”

“Diego and Dakota were really knowledgeable and friendly and worked to get us the best roofing materials and financing to help us get a new roof that will last a long time. Excellent customer service, the crew was also very professional and quick. I would recommend to friends and family to go with this company if they need a new roof”

“Diego (salesman), Randy (manager) and Maria and her installing crew were all amazing. I’m dealing with other legal issues and needed extra help (pictures, written statements, etc) and they were not only happy to help, but went above and beyond to help. Super quick to start the work, workers were always good and kept their work area super clean and were attentive to my weird asks and my needy kids and annoying dogs. Highly recommend these guys to everyone.”

“All the way from when the cold knocked my door. To when the last solar panel was reinstalled after the roofing was done. They found and met my every need. Nick was great to work with, a great communicator, who truly cared that we found the right solution for our roof, and understood the complexity of our repair needs. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Diego did an outstanding job reinstalling and resetting two of my security cameras that had been removed for the reroofing work. He stayed with the task until everything was fully completed. Although this wasn’t technically part of his job, he took it upon himself to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciate. He also helped me set up financing by walking me through each step, making the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Diego is a great asset to this organization.”

“My experIence with Robs Roofing was great. Matt was very good at explaining everything in the first meeting and even came back for a final inspection at completion. Such a hardworking crew! I’m impressed with everyone that worked on my roof.”
