Roofsavers Locke Roofing

Roofsavers Locke Roofing operates as a locally owned and employee owned outfit right in Tucson. They focus on roofing work across the area and nearby spots, taking on tile roofs, shingle setups, and built-up systems that stand up to the local conditions. The crew handles drainage fixes, full repairs, protective coatings, and skylight work as part of their daily routine. Homeowners in this desert city often deal with extreme heat that bakes materials and sudden monsoon rains that test every seam and flashing, so a company like this stays busy sorting out those exact problems without cutting corners on the job.

Roofing crews in Tucson see plenty of calls for leak stops after summer storms, tile replacements where wind or age has cracked pieces, and fresh coatings to reflect heat and extend roof life. They check drainage paths around chimneys and low spots to keep water moving away from the structure, and they install or repair skylights that let in light without letting in moisture. The work usually starts with a site look to spot issues early, then moves to targeted fixes or larger replacements using materials suited for the dry climate and temperature swings. This approach keeps homes protected from the sun beating down most of the year and the rare but heavy downpours that can overwhelm poor systems.

Customers keep coming back because the jobs finish on time, the fixes hold without callbacks, and the pricing stays straightforward for the scope of work. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final check, and the quality shows in roofs that handle Tucson weather year after year. Speed on repairs and solid results on both small fixes and bigger installs add up to steady feedback across the board. DIRT Score 4.14 from 198 reviews on Finds.

“Wow, these folks are fantastic. Jeff came out to look at the roof situation. We had a few leaks on a patio roof. He provided an explanation of the problem and the recommended repairs. We scheduled the repair and Tony and Fernando came out a week later to do the job. They were amazing. The repairs were spot on perfect. Recent rains tested the situation. No leaks. I cannot recommend them enough. They are fantastic! No nonsense, no games. Straight up honest, honorable and professional. A great company to work with. We are grateful for the work they do and how they conduct business.”

“We have used Roofsavers Locke Roofing company multiple times over the past 15 years. We very recently had a few tiles replaced and the technicians Tony and Brandon were friendly, professional and they were on time. After a roof inspection I was provided with a quote and the repairs were scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.”

“Wow this is an impressive roofer. From the estimator to the actual workmen, they know their stuff! I have had our flat roof re-done completely once. Subsequently had someone else supposedly fix all the low spots to prevent ponding. Not so much. Then I heard about RoofSavers from a neighbor who had his scuppers lowered. I called them, Fast response, fast repairs and since it rained 3 times yesterday, I couldn't wait to get up on the roof this morning and see what happened. The replaced scuppers worked perfectly. Not a "pond" in sight. I'm REALLY PLEASED!!! Thank you RoofSavers!!”

“When purchasing my home the inspection reported some roof repairs were needed to keep my roof in integrity. It was easy and quick to schedule and have the repairs completed at a reasonable cost. I recommend Roofsavers to anyone who needs work done to maintain their roof!”

“I asked for a proposal to do some tile roof repair and they immediately responded with a site visit and a proposal. The proposed price was very reasonable and I accepted the proposal and they did the repair very quickly thereafter.”

“We were concerned after finding some mortar that fell off the roof. Roofsavers Locke Roofing came out very quickly after we called, reported their findings immediately and provided a detailed estimate that evening. A week later, repairs made as promised, quickly and professionally. Great working with an ethical hard working company.”

“So, how hard is it to knock on my door and ask me to move my car before you completely trash it in the process of recoating my roof? I'm from Illinois, where we have shingles so this is new to me. They did offer to wash it though I will admit, but ....really????? Shouldn't have happened in the first place.”

“I am very satisfied with your work on my property. You did have to come back for one detail and you did it right away. I also noticed that you replaced another broken tile that was not even on the agreement.”

“I could see from the ground that wind had overturned two shingles on my roof. I called Roofsavers Locke Roofing and they promptly came out, inspected my roof, and found another small area that also needed repair. They gave me a good estimate, I booked the service for a few days later, and they came on time and did an excellent job. I was very happy with their service and the process.”
