“Trying to schedule an initial appointment is an exercise in futility - asking customers to stay at home between 7 am and 3 pm means carving out most of the day. This company apparently believes it’s ok to inconvenience prospective clients beyond a reasonable time frame when many of us have responsibilities outside the home.
