Sunset Roofing LLC

Sunset Roofing LLC takes care of roofing needs right out of Tucson. They got started in 2015 as a family owned and operated crew serving the Arizona community. Their main work centers on roofing that holds up in the local conditions without pushing costs higher than needed. The outfit sticks to honest pricing and fair dealings on every project they schedule for neighbors in Southern Arizona. With the intense sun and sudden weather shifts common around here, roofs take a beating over time and these guys focus on keeping things straightforward for homeowners who need help protecting their houses.

They handle both repairs on damaged sections and full re-roof jobs when older materials reach the end of their life. In Tucson the heat bakes shingles and tiles year after year while monsoon rains can find weak spots fast so typical calls involve checking for leaks after storms or swapping out worn layers before bigger problems show up. The team shows up prepared to inspect the full surface then explains what needs fixing in plain terms so owners know exactly what they are getting. They work on asphalt shingles metal panels and other common roof types seen on houses throughout the area always aiming to finish without dragging out the timeline or adding surprise charges.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up well and the prices stay reasonable compared to other options in town. Reviews point to quick responses when issues come up solid results that last through the seasons and clear talk about what the job actually requires from start to finish. That steady approach builds trust with folks who have dealt with roofing headaches before. DIRT Score 4.55 from 116 reviews on Finds.

“Sunset Roofing, once again, has provided excellent service. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and my roof looks great. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was entailed. They did such a great job that my neighbors are now looking to hire them to do their roof also. Thank you Manuel, Jose and Brian.”

“We just had our tile roof redone (replace all underlayment, broken tiles, and several fascia boards, and some plywood decking), and I highly recommend them. The guy who did the inspection was thorough, and no sales pressure. They sent us a detailed inspection report with photos, and a very fair estimate. We scheduled the repair for April 20th, they were up on the roof at 6:30am on the 20th. Great crew, finished most of the job in 2 days, 3rd day just was finishing the clean up. Sunset roofing is great.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Sunset Roofing! From the very first call, they were incredibly responsive and quick to get us scheduled. When you’re dealing with roof repairs, timing matters — and they did not disappoint. Roof work can be expensive, but their pricing was very reasonable considering the scope of the repair. We felt the value matched the quality of work we received. The crew that came out was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. They even brought extra paint to handle touch-ups, which really shows their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. If you’re looking for a roofing company that communicates well, works quickly, and delivers quality results, I highly recommend Sunset Roofing!”

“We had a new roof installed as part of purchasing our home. The crew worked amazing quickly to get the tile roof completed in just 3 days. Brian personally inspected the work, and performed 2 follow up visits to make sure everything was up to Sunset Roofing standards. We love our new roof and the way it looks and performs, but best of all, knowing it was built correctly and will provide years of protection and comfort for our family. Thank you.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the roofing work done on both of our homes. From the very beginning, this crew was easy to work with, honest, and dependable. They showed up when they said they would, kept us in the loop the whole time, and took pride in their work. Everything was done right, and they left our places clean and buttoned up when they finished. The office staff was quick to respond anytime we had a question, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The Sunset Roofing team earned five stars, and we gladly recommend them.”

“We are so grateful to have found Sunset Roofing! Our insurance company imposed a nearly impossible deadline for us to replace our roof, but Sunset made it happen. That alone felt like a miracle, but add to that all the things other reviewers have mentioned...cleanliness, good communication, pride in work, fair pricing...and Jacki! Jacki was so great to work with. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you Sunset Roofing.”

“Prompt. Do good work. Promptly honor warranty. The sellers did the roof when I bought the property and I now have the warranty. These people aare really good about that and the workers are very nice.”

“I really appreciated the Sunset Roofing staff. They were professional and friendly. They explained what they did and went about and beyond in fixing my roofing problem. If I need additional roofing work in the future, I will be sure to call them. They have my thanks for a job well done.”

“We can absolutely 100% recommend Sunset Roofing. They were more than responsive to all of our questions and offered the best advice. They showed up on time with an amazing crew of guys and we were blown away at the professional completion of our roofs. Bill & Robin W. This is a company that does what they say they can do!”

“This is absolutely ridiculous that your company would recommend having a brand new roof installed on this property. Please explain to everyone why exactly these 5 year old shingles need to be replaced!? I'll share this with as many people as I possibly can.”
