Achievers of Louisiana Inc

Achievers of Louisiana Inc runs its roofing operations from West Monroe, TX and has spent nearly forty years improving homes throughout the North East Louisiana area. They take on roofing jobs big and small as part of their home improvement work. Local weather brings frequent challenges like intense sun, heavy rains, and strong winds that wear down roofs faster than in other places. Homeowners here often need reliable fixes to prevent leaks and keep their houses dry inside during storms that hit without much warning. The company stays ready to handle these recurring demands that come with living in this climate.

In West Monroe the roofing work often involves replacing old shingles that have cracked under the sun or fixing sections torn by wind during spring storms. Crews show up to check the whole structure from the attic up to the ridge and then select materials that hold up better against the humidity and temperature swings common here. They handle tear offs of the old layers before putting down new underlayment and shingles or metal options depending on what the house needs. Jobs can range from patching small areas to full roof overs that change how the home looks and performs for years ahead. Homeowners call when they notice missing pieces or water spots on ceilings that signal trouble starting above.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done without dragging on and holds up once complete. The pricing stays straightforward without surprise costs added later. Communication happens clearly so everyone knows what to expect from start to finish. Quality shows in how roofs handle the next round of bad weather without issues popping up right away. Speed matters when a leak needs quick attention before more damage spreads inside. DIRT Score 4.27 from 101 reviews on Finds.

“Aaron Boudreaux and Zac did a wonderful job. I can’t say enough about these two workers. Hard working, professional, attention to detail and extremely kind young men. They are awesome and so is their work.”

“We hired Achievers to do a complete bathroom remodel for our home in Monroe , and the results are incredible. They did a full tub-to-shower conversion with beautiful custom tile work and installed a new double vanity. What I loved most was that they had their own electricians and plumbers on staff, so we didn't have to juggle different contractors. The crew kept the workspace clean and finished on time. We love our new walk-in shower!”

“We had a fantastic experience with our roof replacement! The team was professional, efficient, and completed the job right on schedule. Brent did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The roof looks great, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!”

“Brent Swanner was excellent from start to finish. We had our old rigged patio demo’ed and a full new enclosed patio installed. Abosolutely love it! Quote was spot on. Once they started it was finished in a week (we got in before their busy season). Would highly recomment Brent Swanner at Achievers. And we plan to use next year for future improvements.”

“Best home improvement company in NELA!! Hands down best customer service in the industry!!! Jessie is always friendly and helpful!!”

“After the Winter Storm in Jan 26 I had a collapsed patio, leaking roof in my laundry area, and water in my soffit from ice dam. I struggled to get my insurance company to meet the total amount of financial loss to my property. After a meeting with Will and Devin they were able to resolve the issues and get an approval for my repairs. I do not believe without Will's experience and patience this would have been possible. Im extremely grateful for this and they have earned my business for all future repair and remodel needs. Great local folks. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family”

“Great sliding glass doors with internal built-in blinds. These are warrantied for life. Our home is older and required a special size that Brent was able to order for us. Installers were prompt, professional, and patient explaining the operation of the new doors. I am adding this review much later than the initial install, because they have returned and replaced the door because of a rare defect in manufacturing, with no cost to me.”

“Boudreaux did an excellent job during our house renovations. He was very professional and very good at what he does. Could not be more satisfied with his results or speak highly enough about his work to anyone looking to renovate their home.”

“My experience with Achievers was great from start to finish. The project consisted of remodeling my kitchen, two bathrooms, and flooring throughout the entire house. Brent was there every step guiding me through the process. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend.”
