48Solar & Roofing LLC

48Solar & Roofing LLC handles roofing work for homes and businesses throughout Yuma, TX. They install complete roof systems, apply durable coatings that shield against weather exposure, and complete targeted repairs when damage appears. The crew deals with the realities of Texas roofing where constant sun beats down on shingles and membranes while sudden downpours find weak spots fast. Property owners here often face cracked flashing, lifted edges, and worn underlayment that needs prompt attention to prevent water from reaching the structure inside. This company stays focused on straightforward fixes and replacements that match the demands of local buildings without unnecessary extras.

Roof coatings get rolled or sprayed on after cleaning and prep work to seal surfaces against further breakdown from heat and UV rays. Repair calls usually involve locating leaks around vents, valleys, and penetrations then replacing damaged sections with matching materials so the rest of the roof stays intact. For bigger projects they tear off old layers, check the deck for rot, and lay new underlayment before installing fresh shingles or metal panels. Homeowners in Yuma commonly see issues from expansion and contraction during temperature swings plus the occasional high wind that loosens edges. The team shows up with the right tools and materials to handle these jobs on site, working through the steps until the roof passes inspection and holds up through the next season.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without constant follow up calls and the pricing stays competitive for the quality delivered. Reviews mention solid communication on timelines and clear explanations of what needs fixing before any materials get ordered. Speed stands out when storms hit and quick patches stop leaks before they spread inside. Quality shows in the clean finishes and attention to detail around edges and flashings that prevent future problems. Price gets noted as fair compared to others who drag out jobs or push unneeded upgrades. DIRT Score 4.73 from 145 reviews on Finds.

“We had 48 solar replace our roof. The job was started and completed on time as promised. Leonard kept us informed as the project moved along. Once the old roof was removed, they found some additional repairs were needed. Before they proceeded, Leonard explained what was needed and what the cost would be and got our approval before moving forward with the repair. When the job was completed, the cost was what we agreed upon. No surprises! I would highly recommend 48 solar if you are in need of a new roof.”

“My husband and I want to give huge shout-out to Leonard at 48Solar and Roofing LLC. We needed a new roof and called around for estimates. I contacted Leonard at 48Solar and Roofing and he came out the same day for a consultation. After discussing what we wanted/needed, Leonard took a look at what we were working with and was able to give us an estimate at the time of the consultation. He also provided valuable information regarding possible structural issues and suggestions on other issues we had. We settled on a price and his men started work on the roof the very next day! To say we are satisfied with the outcome is an understatement. Leonard and his men were very professional and also very personable. “We needed to replace the roof on our home. We called 48 Solar & Roofing because they could remove our solar, replace the roof then put the solar back. We did not have to coordinate between a solar company and a roofing company. When Leonard from 48 Solar & Roofing met with us, he gave us a rough estimate and was very thorough in explaining everything to us. We scheduled the work to be done. Leonard said it would be 3 weeks before they could come. After one week he called and asked if they could start the next day. His employees came on Tuesday and were done on Thursday. They showed up at 7am every morning. 48 Solar & Roofing's employees were always on time and very respectful of our home. Leonard and his employees made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Leonard was extremely thorough and took the time to sit down with my husband and me to review the quote and explain our options. “I was in need of a new roof replacement on my Yuma home. I reached out to several other companies that never showed up. I then contacted 48Solar & Roofing . They gave me a date and time for my estimate and showed up on time as scheduled . The estimator was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. Leonard not only Went over the up front estimate but also explained the possibilities that could be found once the roofing materials were to be removed and the wooden roof is exposed. He helped to set my expectations as to what I could and should expect. Once the old roof was removed he brought everything to my attention.
