“Me and my fiancé were talking about going solar once we got a new house not only to go clean energy but to save money. The day came and she purchased the new house and surprisingly not to long after we moved in a Nivo representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by and discussed how easy it was to go solar. The representative explained the whole process and it was easy to understand by the time we were done we had little to no questions because he was so through. It literally cost nothing to start, and the financing was easy. The payments are lower than what we were paying for electricity thru our local power company and now they will be paying us to buy the stored power we do not use. I really recommend going solar with Nivo Solar and give them a 5 star rating.”

“I honestly wish I could put 0 stars. Here’s why , whenever we first heard of Nivo it was refreshing they were very attentive, then our system went out after a bad storm(Dec 2024). Naturally we called them and their partnering company Omnidian who gave us promises of having someone out to fix it within the month. It is now almost been almost 6 MONTHS and still NOTHING. Mind you we have been paying 117$ a month for a product that doesn’t work. We’ve gotten no help , no callbacks and nothing about a reimbursement for our trouble just a whole bunch of “we’re trying to get someone out there…” So when they talk of customer support and timely response… they’re lying. No wonder they have lawsuits.”

“Signed up last year. Installation went fine. It works as advertised. But despite asking 3 times during the process if I needed to do anything with changing electric and being reassured each time I just needed to fill out their forms. I still don't have a buy back plan 7 months later. I've filled out multiple forms with them. When I can get a response from the sales guy to get one to fill out even. Each time the new one will for sure work, but then im back to fighting for a responseon what is going on. The number for the Abilene location on google doesn't go to them. The number on their website never answers and the voice mail is full. Ticket/emails to their customer service don't get answered. Overall, the solar works fine. But Nivo is not great at all. If you want solar, try some other company.”

“This pushy lying trespassing company have repeatedly walked past my no soliciting signs and repeatedly knocked on my door. The last pair of guys that knocked were told to read the sign and they responded saying they are not selling anything. Which also makes them liars. Nivo, when people have no soliciting no trespassing signs on their houses. It’s probably a good idea that they listen to that.”
