RC Security Consulting INC

RC Security Consulting INC works out of Allen, Texas, where Randy runs the operation. The company supplies and installs security alarms, fire alarms, access control setups, CCTV, gate entry systems, gate repairs, nurse call equipment, business phone systems, and related low voltage work for homes, offices, schools, and stores. They focus on becoming the main provider for these items at each site and handle everything from initial placement to ongoing monitoring and network cabling. The crew covers both new builds and upgrades on existing equipment.

Reviewers describe jobs that include full camera systems for convenience stores and offices, VoIP lines run through Ethernet to fix poor cell signals, and complete security overhauls that tie in access controls and alerts. Randy and Billy get called out for staying on site until every piece including software works without problems. Other jobs cover cell boosters in windowless spaces and multi-camera installs that customers say hold up over repeated visits. The team handles these across different locations without needing extra trips back for fixes.

Work shows up fast with same day arrivals common on service calls. Reviewers note clear communication during each step, reasonable pricing on the full scope, and quick answers when questions come up later. The company stays active in the Allen area and nearby spots, with hours that allow response on short notice for both routine checks and urgent repairs. Feedback points to consistent follow through on details like proper cable runs and system testing before the crew leaves.

The business carries a 4.8 Google rating though that platform shows no review volume listed. Other comments keep returning to strong customer service, solid knowledge from Randy on the equipment side, and clean results on installs that last. People mention the crew stays professional and honest across multiple jobs, with many planning to call again for future needs.

“Teach your employees how to drive safe. Two of your vans are driving like maniacs on 121 and cutting cars off left and right. License plate JBC 2(XX)8 (censored for privacy but can list it if necessary) almost slammed into my car and kept merging into me even when I laid my horn.”

“RC Security recently completed a major systems install for our department. Their workmanship and dedication to customer service are outstanding. Randy has truly built a top notch organization. I highly recommend their services.”

“Very happy with the customer service I received from Randy at RC Consulting. I'm in an office with no windows and get lousy cell phone reception. RC installed a Voip connection through Ethernet and now have a clear connection with a hand held phone. No more going outside in a hot car to make business calls. Thumbs up!!”

“Very good service!! I use them for all our convenience stores. 9 times out of 10 they are there same day. Randy and his team actually know cameras among other things security related, and he has the background and certifications to prove it. I definitely recommend RC Security!”

“There technician named Billy was hands down one of the coolest and most professional people I've had come work on my home. He worked with me through every step of getting the cameras installed and didn't leave until everything (including the software) worked properly. RC if you're reading this I'm dropping you guys if you don't give this man a raise. Thank you so much again, Billy!”
