He dealt with our insurance so efficiently and even helped get them to cooperate more. We needed our roof certificate to prove to the insurance the class of roof we had. Joe promptly and successfully delivered it to our insurance in a very timely manner!! Thank you!!”

“Our taper sawn wood shake roof was damaged by hail. We wanted to replace with same wood shakes but insurance made it difficult to get coverage. Cody at Andrus Brothers Roofing recommended using Presidential Shake IR shingles, autumn blend color with an upgrade underlayment, solar radiant barrier, increase ventilation and add solar attic fans. Cody is the real deal, knows what needs to be done for the homeowner’s benefit. Roof looks amazing, attic temperature maximum of 107 degrees on a 105 degree ambient temperature day. Electric bill is to be determined, but current kw usage is a little higher than normal but we have set all time August record at 18 days of over 100 degrees. We highly recommend contacting Cody at Andrus Brothers Roofing for any and all roofing needs.”
