“Xcel's version of offset billing is terrible... regardless of that fact Jacob sold me a system totaling just over 100k. Before I signed we sat down and talked about how it was going to work and what the bill would look like. I'm an coming up on 1 year of service and have had 4 bills. 3 in the winter and 1 this summer. The highest of which was $102 in January. The other months I made credits and "offset" my bill. As far as work all service calls they have been fulfilled done promptly.”

Jacob has been very helpful in this situation. It turns out that the issue is with Xcel energy. The system was submitted to Xcel and no action has been taken on their part.
