“Amazing work from Phanton Mechanical! I contacted them because i heard of their work from someone late in the afternoon and they arrived an hour later. They figured out the problem with my HVAC system and just needed the part. The got the part in and my A/C was on and working an hour later. Amazing work specially so late in the evening. They quoted me a great price to clean my compressors and furnace and i couldn't pass up on the price. They will be back next month to also clean my vents. I even had an “emergency” when my garage door came off the track and the gentleman i contacted from Phanton Mechanical came out late at night in the middle of a storm to help me fix it. This will be my go to company for my house and any other issues i have because they do so much more than just HVAC. I feel confident in their work and response time. “I hired Phantom Mechanical to fix my Govee permanent light, which had stopped working in the middle section. The technician came out, inspected the issue, and quoted me $200 for the repair. He spliced the cable and completed the work around 10 PM, so I didn’t have a chance to fully test it that night. Later, I discovered that only half of the light string worked after the splice, and the rest would not display colors or themes properly. When I contacted Phantom to have it corrected under warranty, they instead asked for another $400 to fix the same problem. The technician even admitted he wasn’t aware that Govee lights support multiple colors and themes! In the end, they never fixed the issue and I’m out $200 for nothing. I feel completely ripped off and would strongly recommend not hiring Phantom Mechanical for any repair work.”
