“Before going solar, I interviewed about 8 companies before finally deciding on Wells. They really set themselves apart from others in several ways. My salesman, Gabriel has not only been knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions, but has also stayed with me throughout the entire installation process. Gabriel worked hard to get the best deal and the perfect system customized just for me and always makes me feel like a VIP. I feel I have actually made a good friend in him. Wells has simply shown great professionalism and integrity from day one and, has lived up to everything I expected and more. Their experience definitely shows. I love how Wells does everything in-house. All of their employees, from installers to inspectors, have just been so great to work with. Their office has kept me notified and informed on each step throughout the process. Five stars might not be enough to exhibit how I feel about this company.”

“Not sure what to say about this solar company. I would not recommend using them if you have an existing system. They installed additional panels on my residence, they were quick to put the panels on my house, but there was an additional month before they were operational. I was advised that the delay was due to them coordinating with the company who installed my first panels so they could link into their system. After they linked into the existing system, there was an error with my enphase. I was told I needed to contact the previous company who did the install. After contacting them I discovered that Wells Solar had not contacted them about the add on which has caused the first solar company to void my service contract. I have spent several months taking to Wells Solar and they refuse to cover the existing system leaving me paying for any future work which may have to be done on it or the box in which they connected into or the previously existing system. After numerous phone calls and text, the only response I can get is that they are still waiting to hear back from the bosses. Out of frustration and medical condition which are being exacerbated I have given up on calls”

“10 out of 10 !!! My sales technician Colby S. was awesome! Unlike other sales reps that go door to door just to give you a 15-20 minute presentation, Colby showed up to my home (per request) and really broke down all the parts and numbers that go into going solar and gave me a full detailed explanation that helped me get a better understanding of the systems and how they worked but more importantly, how it would help me save money over time. My customer specialist Jessica R. was also great, she helped me come up with a design plan that worked best for me and my home along with answering all of my questions and concerns that I had throughout the process. It took about 2-3 weeks to get the system approved due to design changes, and design permits being finalized and approved, but once all said and done the installation itself took 1 day. I was really impressed! You can tell that Wells Solar really focuses on their customers and not just a check. If your looking for a solar company that is local, has great prices, years of experience, top of the line solar panels, experienced technicians, and amazing customer service, then I would *highly* recommend that you give Wells Solar a call. ”

“I had been trying for Solar for about a year and met not less than 10 different vendors for getting Solar installed at my home, and short listed Wells & one more guy and finally went ahead with Wells Solar. There are several people out there in the Solar Installation field with several offerings but ATTITUDE is some thing which helps to break the deal. "Ashley" was the person I was working with and She was a great person to work with. She took enough time to understand my need, designing the system for my requirement and throughout the contract process. It was a flawless journey and even during the installation i did not face any issue. These guys were up to the mark and provided me regular updates and were there on time on every appointment.
