“I gave five stars because Harvest Solar is a five star company. I never expected to find a friend and an installer, but John Miggins became both. My solar system is one of the best in Oklahoma. I have three 12.5 kw Sol-Ark inverters pumping out nearly 200 amps as well as battery backup. I get the power from my seventy solar panels that slope right off our backyard shop. You can’t even tell I have solar from the street, but I have enough power to run a 3100 square foot home with total electric. I can run on or off grid and we even sell back to the electric company. All this could not have happened if not for the professionals at Harvest Solar including John and Debbie Miggins. Nathan and his crew of electricians made sure the wiring was perfect and professional. They showed up with everything to do the job and completed all wiring in two days. “I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this solar company. On 4 different occasions, they failed to call or arrive for scheduled appointments. Two of the appointments the owner stated he would come out but never called and never showed up. The repeated lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating. Our system is still not working and no additional follow up from the company as to why they have missed the appointments or if the system will be fixed.Strongly advise to find another company....”

“Harvest Solar came to install batteries for my solar system. There were four guys that came to tackle the job and they were very personable. They answered all our questions and put up with our pets around them. Honestly the only issue I had with the company was not being notified exactly about the scheduling of when they were coming. Caught us by surprise when they called and said they were coming. But other than that they were very easy to work with and I enjoyed having the guys around.”

I got a larger system than I had envisioned and at a lower price than my initial expectations. I recently had John and his crew install batteries. I did not get batteries when I had my solar panels installed but added them a couple years later. Edit 4/8/2023: Since install, I have not had a single continuous month where all of the panels were working all the time. Harvest solar has had to come out several times to switch out defective micro inverters, but the problems continue. I am not sure whether the problem is with the micro inverter manufacturer (AP systems) or the installation. I will update as events unfold. Edit 7/25/2023: Apparently the problem was with the manufacturer's equipment. Since the last replacement a couple of months ago, the system has been working flawlessly. Restoring the rating to the original 5 stars”
