“Overall very Bad experience, from installation of new pumps and new PO system, they were suppose to give training on POS and just barely given and left us to figure out on our on, did not even worry to give us Merchant ID, or any other account numbers for us to call to get help with verifone or buypass. Feeling so fustrated after spending 100k, At first, I thought it was a bad experience, but after some misunderstandings, everything was resolved in a great way. The salesperson followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied and that all issues were handled properly. Pumptex took care of every concern, and their technician Jesse truly went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me set up my new kitchen menu and trained me on how to add and manage items myself. Jesse is professional, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. He is truly a valuable asset to any company.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with this company. They make big promises but fail to deliver. I purchased two C18 devices and a Commander, and the installation was significantly delayed. After installation, they vanished, providing no training or configuration. I had to register the devices with Verifone myself. Furthermore, despite being told we paid for a one-year contract, Verifone refuses to provide service, claiming the contract expired after only four days. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to proceed with extreme caution.”

“Always glad to work with them, I installed Wayne pumps just because Pumptex can work on them. Always amazing service …. If you need new installation, Jay is great to work with and always gives you Honest opinion. and try to save you money where he can... Looking forward to work with them in future too.”
