“Dennis Garrett exceeds expectations when it comes to providing customer service and expertise for standing seam roofs. He helped guide me through the entire process including working with my insurance company so that I could receive the best pricing for my claim. He also provided me updates on a regular basis. In addition, he communicated the necessary information for me to make an educated decision regarding the type of roof I wanted. I have always wanted to replace my shingle roof with a metal one and this was a perfect opportunity for me to do so. The product is amazing and I cannot say thank you enough to Dennis, ARP Roofing, and the installation crew. Your professionalism is outstanding! Thank you.”

“We would like to thank ARP for a very professional, efficient and thorough effort from initial visit, quote, working with insurance to secure us more than originally estimated, to showing up on schedule thru completion of the project. We were hesitant on moving from composite to standing seam metal and Preston Williams was extremely knowledgeable and patient giving us the ups and downs of both but allowed us to make the final call without pressure either way. Can’t say enough positive things about Preston and his Team. Extremely pleased with service, quality and value received on our purchase. Thank you ARP and Preston! Robert & Chris Chadwick”

The follow through at the end to make sure everything was taken care of was just phenomenal. “The ARP Crew (Preston & Jac) walked us through the entire process until the insurance approved our claim! The installation process. “We could not be happier with our new roof from ARP Roofing and Remodeling. From inspection to job being complete, everthing was so easy. They worked with our insurance company and even suggested the color we should think about. Looks amazing. Never realized how a new roof with different color would change our home. Highly recomend them. They were fast and cleaned up was great too.”

“Greg came out got the quote to us quickly. A wind storm tore up some of our shingles. Not only were they able to repair it the were able to match it so closely I can't tell where the problem was. It was done in a few hours while I was gone at a meeting. The sight was clean like nothing had ever occurred at all. Thank you all so much for making this such an easy process with a busy schedule. It is greatly appreciated!!!”
