“Cut my internet line… I have them on camera doing it. You can clearly see them on camera reacting to the damage once they notice it, then they just moved on. When I confronted them about my internet not working, then they showed the damage and reported it to their supervisor. The least you could do is step up and inform me something was damaged regardless of fault (marked or not). You buried the evidence within a day—what were you going to do, hide damage you were fully aware of after being caught on camera? I didn’t hire you. I didn’t ask you to be there. I’ve never met you. I realize you have a right to be there. But if you’re going to knowingly damage my property and try to hide it, there is something wrong with you. That’s arguably criminal. No surprise others are complaining here. Sounds like Mastec / Spectrum should find a more honest subcontractor. I believe multiple fiber lines were cut in my neighborhood as I wasn’t the only one with a temporary line run by Frontier while these guys were digging.”
