“Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great customer service from sales representative, Cameron Wilson. Cameron was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my fiancé when explaining the benefits to switching to solar. Equipment installers were very polite and professional as well.”

“I used Natural Energy for the installation of a new Solar system. This process all started with 2 fine young gentlemen(Caden & Dakota) going door to door in my neighborhood just to discuss the opportunity of going Solar. They were no pressure and we had very nice discussion. They arranged an appointment with Cam Wilson for the next day, which was a Saturday. Cam and I spent an hour of so discussing the specifics, (timeline, costs, incentives, Tax-credits). He was so professional and respectful of my time. By the time he left we had agreed on a system and a placed a down payment. He also worked with my timeline as there was going to be a roof replacement for my home due to a spring hail storm. Natural Energy took care of all the project proposals, City inspections, and scheduling. Upon approval, they worked around the roofing project that was already underway. They used a subcontractor to install and set up and the company that they used was top notch. The install was set up in less than a day and they arranged for the city inspection about 5 days later. All was approved and the city came swapped out my utility meter with a more modern bi-direction one. All and all, the experience”

“They exceeded all my expectations to be honest. Installation was crazy fast, professional, and left no mess behind. Customer service was consistently outstanding, and the panels are American-made and have outperformed estimates, which is awesome for us!! They're honestly committed to saving you money. They steered me clear of a weaker system, preventing me from overpaying for weaker panels. I'd say that they're the go-to choice for quality panels and energy savings. Highly recommended!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales process was very smooth, but the installation went terribly and at very poor quality. They installed my system incorrectly, and then I asked why it wasnt reporting any activity, they said that is normal and it should come online. Days pass and I call again saying it wasnt working and they say thats normal and there isnt anything to do and assured me it was working. Called Enphase and they walked me through re-wiring the reporting box which then brough the system online. However during that they noticed my breaker panel was not installed correctly by them and was an extreme fire hazard. So I call NES and explain and they said tough luck that sucks we dont service your site. Why do they not service my site if they did the installation? After repeated attempts to reconcile with them, they are now ignoring me AND enphase! Buyer beware...”

Throughout the entire process the Natural Energy team was thorough, professional, and notably expert in their space. Fast forward, we're now the proud owner of one of their systems. The value is great. The install team completed the install of our 17 kWh in just two days. They were careful to ensure the installed looked great, met all power standards/code, and to ensure that we knew how to use our system. Overall we're 100% satisfied with them, and would recommend them to anyone.”

“This was a disappointing experience. Communication from the sales rep was poor. Instead of being proactive he kept waiting for me to reach out to him for updates. The sales rep told me he'd be onsite the day of install; he wasn't. I have had zero follow-up from anyone post install. The sales rep assured me his build plan would eliminate the need for electricity from the city. However, I've gotten an electricity bill the last 3 months since my solar was installed. In fact, my bill from last month plus the loan payment doubled my electricity cost for the same month last year. Having solar is costing me more than not having it.”

“So far my experience with Natural Energy has been a positive one. The salesman that came to our door was friendly and informative. I agreed to another appointment that gave us an opportunity to discuss the process of going solar and ask any questions and the salesman was both very knowledgeable and polite. We’ve decided to move forward with this company and have been treated very kindly; Justin, (our salesman) has been great at communicating and getting information over to us right away. “At first, I had a pretty negative experience throughout the process. I was ready to throw these guys under the bus and I definitely did with my initial review. I was not happy, at all, but after expressing my issues they really pulled through and made it right. I'd leave a 4.5 if possible but I don't feel so bad about rounding up to a 5 for the effort taken to make me a satisfied customer. My major complaint was issues with the CTs. In the end, I fixed it myself and there wasn't much they could do to make that right with me. However, Natural Energy took the time to call me the next day to learn what I had figured out to prevent any future issues with other customers. From the sounds of it, they weren't getting the information they needed from the manufacturer to provide quality service on that specific product. With the uncertainty that I felt from the subcontractors about the CTs I didn't want to call them back to fix my CT issues so I called Enphase directly. I got everything fixed and made sure to take notes. Turns out, the schematics for the CTs inside of the box are not correct and this is a huge negative for Enphase. “I've had my solar panels for about it eight months now. Cameron Wilson Was there every step of the way while we got them installed and has continued to follow up with me at least every few months asking me if everything is still going okay?And how i'm at liking my panels. This company has a wonderful app that lets me track the progress of my panels. I've had a few questions and have text or called cameron at random times throughout the evening through the week. Even today, having a question eight months later. He quickly replied and got me.The connection I needed to get my answer. He always immediately follows up even if he's busy in that moment.He lets me know when is a good time and he's gonna reach back out to me. He doesn't leave anything unanswered. “The company decided to expand to other states, and my installation was done in Missouri. Starting the day, I signed the contract to the day I receive the Permit to operate it took them 7 months. It took them 4 times for the installers to get it done, apparently, they are not efficient in following installations codes. On top of that sales rep. promise me some reimbursement for the monthly payment; sales rep left the company and broke the agreement I try to follow up with the company but no reply. During the installation I tried to contact project manager through emails but usually took him 2 days to reply, if he replies at all. In conclusion, the company is not very professional. No trustworthy, lack in follow up commitment.”
