From the initial steps of planning the system for my needs to the whole installation process, they were very meticulous, professional and best of all honest. I have a great appreciation for the work they did for my 20 Kw Solar system install. Prior to the install, I have gotten multiple quotes from various business but never in the process of dealing with New farm Solar, I felt any kind of pressure or given false promises. Anthony is very knowledgeable with Solar setups .I had multiple emails back and forth discussing details of the system as I wanted to go with new generation inverters..although they never did that inverter setup, they took their time and resources to do the install properly. “I live off the grid in a very rural valley in the Ozarks. When my eight+ year old lead acid battery bank began to fail, it failed suddenly. I'd prepared for a need to replace it but thought I might be limping along on my generator for some time before I could get a new bank installed. Just 2 days after I contacted New Farm Solar, Andrew, Kyle and Jacob came over with a great new LiFePO4 set of batteries. These were fully installed that day, just in time for a very cold spell. Their service is excellent and friendly; I enjoyed the experience. They discussed battery placement, explained the function of the new units, care of the new LiFePO4 batteries (almost maintenance free!) and the integration of the the new system with my existing inverter, charge controller and wall metric. Before the end of a long day, they cleaned out the shed and hauled off the spent lead acid batteries to recycling. I've worked with NewFarmSolar since 2016 and it's always a pleasure. Thank you!”

The installation was great and they went above and beyond in dealing with the electric company to get everything approved.
