I’m happy to report that Sunrise Solar has completely changed my mind and have a great experience with the company from start to finish. Andrew was absolutely fantastic—empathetic and understanding of my personal situation and did everything possible to not only make sure every possible question or concern was addressed but also tailored the system to make sense for our current situation with an easy plan to expand if needed. He was on top of everything and constantly worked with the owners to make sure my wife and I felt confident and good with our decision. I have a pretty good candidate for a house with an easy install, but I talked to Andrew at Sunrise and he took my usage details and overall scheme and converted it into an installed system that's functioning perfectly and exactly within my specs for a good price. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Left a 1 star bc ya can’t go with zero. We are 1.5 years into trying to get a working system. Nothing but issues over and over again. 1st.. we had a salesman mislead us on just about everything. From being able to setup a system to go off-grid, which now they say they’ve never don’t that. Salesman also said we’d get the solar tax rebate that we could apply to the loan and keep our payments lower, lie #2. It took a bad review to get anything noticed when the solar system wasn’t working, wasn’t doing anything for a month or better. 2nd.. they install a system, EG4 out of Texas, absolute garbage. Wouldn’t power the house right, won’t coexist with a generator, just a bad bad system. So with multiple conversations with the solar company owner Ryan, told we could get an additional battery (with us footing the bill for the install, which I was good with), also told there would be a $$ refund (for lack of better term) within the negotiations with EG4 on a swap out with a different system, for all the issues we had with them and their system. They also found a lender with a very low interest rate for our loan for the installation. The consultation process was fast but thorough. The installation was smooth, and Sunrise was able to schedule it sooner than we expected. There were no problems with the paperwork or the interactions with the power company. There were minor problems with the initial setup of the monitoring app for the system, but the staff at Sunrise were responsive and got it fixed quickly. There were also problems with the billing from the power company, but there was nothing Sunrise could have done about this.
