“When I heard about Nivo, I was very skeptical because I had heard alot of bad things about solar company scams and how people were left with a higher bill after the fact. However, with the cost of energy and my desire to get solar panles, I decided to listen their spill. Let me tell you, Brian was so personalable and extremely knowledgeable about the solar panles. He gave me a through break down of what they do and why they do what they do without any pressure. I was able to ask difficult questions and have intelligent answers. I was also able to see how the system worked. You do not have to put any money down for the loan for the panles. The installation was quick, neat, and effective. Brian also gave me his phone number to call him in the event something happens and I need someone to get a hold of. So far throughtout this entire process I have confidence that this company with deliver on thwir promise.”

“Amazingly Awful. Nivo installed our panels about 3 years ago. The salesman did a great job of making us feel like we would be well taken care of. Now they don't reply to phone calls, texts, or emails. We've had probably 6 or 7 serious roof leaks due to their poor installation and they have come out multiple times to fix them. They told me leaks are normal. If the job is done properly, leaks are not normal. I found this out from a regional solar outfitter. It took us 6 months from when the panels were installed to when we actually turned the panels on, which of course the salesman didn't mention. Nivo is probably the worst of any company I've ever worked with. Period.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful time working with Daquan throughout the process of having the solar panels installed on my roof. He was courteous, quick to reply, and was able to help me get through a number of issues that presented themselves along the way, which made the process incredibly smooth. The installation itself has been great, without any issues with my roof afterwards. I've furthermore been able to see the immediate results of the process, as my electricity bills have absolutely plummeted since we turned them on.”

“Contractors, don't do sub-contract work for Nivo Solar, they quit paying. I've had a drywall repair done for them for about a month, turned in the invoice, complete silence. No responses to my emails, no calls, no texts, nothing. Homeowners beware, I don't want to but I'm going to have to put a lien waiver on the customers home because Nivo doesn't pay anymore. I need to start checking reviews before working for businesses.”

“Would not recommend. Sales person lied out his teeth to us about several things and they are way over priced compared to others. They dragged there feet on a paper work stuff that shouldn't have took more than a few weeks if that. If it wasn't for the roof I would have never signed there crazy financing contract! Find another company is my best advice to anyone looking.”

“Was having some issues accessing the app. Nivo sent David Garza out quickly to check the system and make sure all the panels were working. David is very nice and professional. He’s very informed and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. There was going to need to be additional work done on the back end to get me up and running on the app. David put me in touch with Aaron Frampton the manager to expedite things. Aaron responded quickly, was also polite and professional. David had to make a second visit out, he got us situated and even hung around while the office had to do some things on their part to make sure the app was connected to the system and uploading properly. Most people would have left and said give us a call back if it doesn’t work in X amount of time. I appreciate he wanted to make sure things were done right the first time.”

“Absolutely terrible. Don’t hire this company to do your solar. Going on 7 months now waiting for them to finish the install. Cancelled appointments with no warning, poor planning, trying to get us to pay more for their mistakes (fought that one and got a new meter and electrical box upgrade), trying to use wrong materials that won’t pass inspection, and I’m paying for the electric bill and the solar bill (they are reimbursing me weeks after I’m charged for the solar so that’s something even if late). Now I'm getting calls asking if I’m happy with my installation. It’s not even completely installed yet! I’ve lost hundreds taking days off work just for them not to finish the job! Don’t use them. Day 253 without resolution.”
