“I had Infinity Solar install some solar panels on my roof. I was very pleased. I even had Infinity Solar install more solar panels on the rest of my roof. There was one problem with the second install. The Infinity Solar technician accidentally disconnected my original solar panels. He couldn’t legally reconnect it without first having my city building inspector approve it. It took several months before it was restored and I had to pay several very high electric bills. As for the Infinity Solar panels, I am very pleased with the purchases (was even a repeat customer). I maxed out my roof with their solar panels. They met my expectations.”

“I was pleased with the overall service of the company, everyone I had interactions with was very transparent and kind. My only issues came during the install. One of the installers came a bit before 7am when arrival was supposed to be 8am. This only bothered me as I did not get notified in advance as my husband and I were getting ready for work and I was not prepared. Then, the installer did not seem very pleased to be speaking with me, he wasn't rude necessarily but was very short with me and only interacted with me to tell me they were beginning and when they completed the install. After they left, I noticed 2 water bottles left behind, empty. Many small pieces of plastic in my grass, maybe 8-10 pieces that could have hurt my dogs. As well as a mounting bracket left on my porch. Overall, I wish the installers were better at communicating their arrival time, and cleaning up. I also noticed one of my panels was damaged during the installation processes so that will further set back the date of when we can begin using solar.”

They were dressed nice and were pleasant. They started working immediately. Seem to be knowledgeable on what they were doing and very polite. The Inspector came early and they weren’t quite ready for him and he didn’t want to wait or come back out to check the work on 12-23-2025 so they could finish the job. So they did everything they could. Monday the inspector has his next appointment to check the work. So the guys can finish the job putting panels up. They said it should only take them 30 minutes to finish after they get the ok from the inspector. The guys were a Great Team they worked together well.”

“Be very aware and be very cautious with Infinity Solar. I purchased solar through them based on their, in their own words, 99% accurate solar assessment and what panels on my roof would produce. They installed my panels on May 24, 2024 and was told to expect 119% of my previous 12 months of energy usage. From the day of install, two of the 25 panels did NOT work. It took months for them to assess and fix that problem. Even now, my panels do not produce even 100% of what they promised. They have given me the runaround and excuse after excuse. They have now told me that my system is producing 7% less than what they proposed. They (Michael Gaston and Quincey Wesley) have said that is acceptable. Please, homeowner to homeowner, RUN!! As fast as you can. They have great intent and follow-through in getting people signed up (Quincey Wesley) but the promises are as empty as the ability of my panels to produce what they assured me was a sure thing.”
