“Robert Wallace and Jagris Inc. did an excellent job from start to finish on my roof. They were very professional and easy to work with and went above and beyond. Robert not only did a thorough initial inspection of my roof but was also present when the insurance company performed their inspection as well. Wes and the installation team also went the extra mile rescheduling several times due to cold weather and an unexpected gas leak the morning of installation. They waited patiently for Huntsville Utilities to get it fixed and installed my roof that day rather than just immediately rescheduling my installation and jumping on another job. They put up netting to protect my landscaping as well as windows and were very thorough when cleaning up after the job was done. If you need an inspection or you are looking for someone to roof your home or business I would definitely recommend Robert Wallace and Jagris Inc.”

“Jagris Inc did a super job for us. Our roof had hail damage Identified/confirmed by several roofing companies. Even with that the insurance company refused to acknowledge the damage. Jagris was the only one of the roofing companies that refused to accept the insurance companies findings. They provided the insurance company with extensive damage documentation that could not be ignored. Finally the insurance company could no longer claim or ignore the documented evidence presented by Jagris. JT was the Jagris representative and he did a masterful job of collecting and packaging the necessary evidence/documentation and communicating that to the insurance company. We can't say enough positive things about JT. Wes was the Jagris contact responsible for making sure the actual roof replacement work was performed to the Jagris standard. He was also great to work with. Five Stars all the way, thanks Jagris.”

“Have no idea how work is done because install "pushed back pushed back pushed back". Were supposed to come today as last informed after" being pushed back". No one showed, no one contacted us. Here we sit. Off work, bout to go back. Will have to change, reshuffle, schedules to accommodate them.. should have went with someone else. “After noticing an area of shingles had popped up on the front of my house. I wasn't sure who to use since it had been so long since I had any roof work done. I saw Robert's sign at a house with a great looking new roof on it and gave him a call to come and take a look. After he got down off of the roof he stated that I had several shingles that had blown off and a lot of hail damage. He sent up a drone and took photos of the scope of the damage. He prepared and emailed me a damage report and all I had to do was call my insurance company to tell them I needed to file a claim. Robert handled the rest. Kept me in the loop and explained every detail. The crew showed up exactly when they said and did a complete tear off and replacement. Was very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I recommend JAGRIS and Robert Wallace 100%.”
