“Just had our solar system completed by ReNew Solar Solutions. Let me share our experience. We shopped a lot before choosing ReNew, even had their contract reviewed by a competitor who said it was excellent! The company uses top line components at a fair price and the install, according to the electric company's inspector, was "the best I have seen." Colby, the V.P. of Design and Engineering, explained every project step and what to expect. David, Ryan, Zack, and Patrick all responded to our questions, were courteous, professional, and outstanding at their work. Ex. “John and his entire crew did a FANTASTIC job on the roof/solar install on my home. The roof was about 15 years old, and had a few more years left in it, but I'd be crazy to not replace it while putting solar panels on top. The roofers were like a well-oiled machine, showing up when they should, working fanatically in the July heat & sun, and cleaning up once they were finished. Our solar installation occurred sooner than anticipated due to the utility program we chose, so I was ecstatic to see it "commissioned" by Middle TN Electric. After ONLY HALF A MONTH with my panels operational, I saved $135 on my August bill vs the same time period the year before. “We hired Renew to do a 8.2 KW solar project that integrated a 21 panel array of frameless Lumos panels into the construction of a screened porch and an additional 6 panel array on our existing roof. We chose Renew because they were excited about this unique project. They were up the challenge of the various moving parts of it---collaborating with the contractor building the porch, problem-solving issues related to panel placement, hiding wiring and components to preserve a clean panel ceiling looks, and all of the NES and TVA bureaucracy to tie our system to the grid. The whole team is friendly and communicative about nitty-gritty details of the system and Patrick in particular helped steer the project as it evolved from an idea to a reality. “ReNew Solar is top-notch! When they say they offer a time warranty on their craftsmanship, they mean it! My system had an over-the-air update that had a bug in it (nothing to do with ReNew Solar), and my system shut down randomly at midnight. They rushed out here and worked on the system to get it up and running at 1 am. Within 30 mins, I had my power back, and the system was running. They did all this without hesitation, nor did I get an invoice for payment... Hands down, it's a great company!”
