“Worst Service ever encountered doing business with a company. Dan Mestas, co-owner came to my house to reassure the job would be completed according to the contract we had worked up and to this day hasn't returned any calls and the job is still not complete. It has now been 1 year since the installation started and we still don't have the amount of panels installed according to the contract. Blue Sky is a scam and I urge anyone who has been approached by them to do any work to realize what a waste of time and money it has been dealing with them. When one of the owners looks at you in the eye, shakes your hand and promises to have the job completed and then stops returning phone calls and avoids any correspondence then you know you are not dealing with a man of his word. I use he word "man" lightly because he has not stepped up and corrected the situation and has left other choice than to pursue legal action. If I could have given negative stars in my review, I would have given -5.”

“I am located in the DFW area and have had the worst experience with Blue Sky. It's been ongoing lack of communication since the beginning of the project (October 2020). We were initially told that we would never get double billed for electricity and if so we would get reimbursed every month. That has not been the case. We have been double billed since Feb 2021. Paying $144 for solar plus over $200 in electricity each month. We've only received a $300 check from them. I've talked to 6+ people in the company and no one ever seems to have any answers for me. They rarely answer the phone. Plus, it is impossible to connect to management. I'm always given the runaround. When I ask to be transferred to management I am told they are not allowed to do that. All of their employees seem frustrated and you can tell they have a high retention rate. Furthermore, our furnace stopped working this summer in the middle of the Texas heat. I asked them to replace it since we were promised a new one and we are already paying for it. We've been waiting since June for a replacement. Home projects are started but never finished. At this point we are extremely frustrated and wished we had never conne”

“This company received my information from another dealer and continues to spam me. Not only that the majority of their reviews are fake primarily speaking all the five star reviews if you give them a quick glance you can tell. The gentleman who keeps spamming me Cannot even answer the most basic Solar questions and doesn’t know what an electrical contractors license is. After searching them on the Texas Department of licensing and regulation website they do not exist and have no license. This company is a dealer and is illegally selling solar do not buy from them”

“Seems like I'm not the only customer with the issue: LACK OF COMMUNICATION (To clarify and answer Blue Sky's reply: I am not the customer, but have been directly helping my Dad (Teodulo Hernandez) who is the customer with this whole debacle, in case anyone with Blue Sky would like to contact me). We’ve had our solar panels installed since April of 2021 and the panels are, to this date, non-functional due to Blue Sky Solar and Roofing's neglect. We have attempted to contact them many times, last time being two weeks ago on September 16th 2021 via email. We've reached out via phone to no avail. Every document that has been sent for us to sign has been done so promptly, as we need these panels to be working ASAP. So I know it's nothing on our end that's delaying completion of work. Please, to whomever reads these reviews at Blue Sky... when can we expect to have these panels at full functionality? We need an exact date before we find ourselves in an unnecessary predicament. It’s unfair that we’ve been making payments on these panels, going on four months already, for something that we can’t even use. It's my hope that this review is read and taken care of accordingly, and serves as ”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with two representatives with your Company over the past two days, and they are very knowledgeable of their job. One was named Ree, and the other was Isaac. They provided me with detailed information about your program, and answered all my questions. The only problem is, my wife is never home, and WE make decisions together.”

“Samuel came by my house was real nice noticed my meter was reading a little high he did a full energy audit on my home looked at the insulation and noticed my ac unit didn't have a heat pump! I'd highly recommend Sam and the folk at Blue Sky.”

“Worst service ever. Jenny has the worst customer service. She yawned on the phone after we called to ask for an update on our roof contract. They make excuses after excuses so that you can “lay off” on calling. They promised a roof one month but install 4 months later. They try and force materials on you just so they can finish with your contract. And they are horrible to get back with you. They destroyed two flower pots and rose bushes, left trash (bottles and food) all over our yard, installed the wrong gutters and left the roof vent covered and after being called 5x still no response so we had to do it ourselves. We will never refer anyone.”
