“Isaac, Alfredo and James Team did an A+ installation with the Generac Solar System with battery backup. Starting with Alfredo and Isaac who maximized the solar panels array on the roof leaving extra room for future grow if needed. James did a beautiful setup of all the conduit, electrical panels and the equipment, and he showed his quality and professionalism by taking care on a clean wiring and connections. Isaac was very diligent with Infinity office to coordinate with the power company and the city for all the necessary pre and pos access to the power meter and the required pre and final inspection. Thanks so much for your hard work and being very good customer’s oriented.”

“Patrick, Taylor and Ricky got panels installed with minimal conduit outside. Braved blown insulation and a near impossible space to make that happen. Labeled panels in correct order and confirmed they all worked. Next crew added the remaining panels and connection needed. On time, clean, quiet and tidy. Side of house was actually cleaner after. The solid black panels with trim really stand out compared to others. Never thought I’d do something like this but if you pretend it’s a car payment it’ll be paid off quick. Then you reduced an inconsistent bill from your overhead for decades.”

They show up at your door and tell what you want to hear to convince you and purchase the solar panels, turn them sales people away especially Bryan, he went MIA after we closed on our project with installing the panels, all misleading information, my biggest regret to have work with this company! I still have a light bill which come to find out after 6 months later we needed more panels, do not fall for their scam!”

“I have not had any work done by this company because I live in an apartment but I spoke with one of the employees about doing it in the future. Austin was his name, he took time out of his day to really explain the ins and outs of solar and the benefits that come with them. I was very impressed with his knowledge and attitude towards his job. Most people don’t take even half as much pride in their job like Austin did with me. Thanks again! Will definitely be in touch when I get my own house.”

“I really can't say that I have a bad experience, but certainly I can't say that it was good either. Our sales person, Brian, misunderstood information that we tried to communicate and gave a really bad headache. We cancel with another company, that other company tried charge us with cancellation fees. I asked Infinity through Brian to include a clause in the contract that if anything was to happen for Infinity to respond. Brian thought we were asking for money! What an insult! Also said, that VPs from the company were going to contact us to see how they could help us, but nobody ever did. Then he tried to make some excuses for them, I'm sure nobody contacted us because all the misinformation he was delivering. Additionally, the communication with the company was very bad, they sold it to us like this people are available to you whenever you need them, lies. Every time we had a question the answer was the same, you need to be patient, we'll discuss that later on. Today, the panels are on our roof and we are still waiting for that answer. However, we continue with this company because was the best price for what we were looking for. The ground people were amazing. They look very ”

“The service that I rec'd from Mr. Isaac Torres surpassed perfect. They arrived at the exact time that he said he would. They did the work and did not leave any trash in my yard. He explained how the solar panels will work for our advantage, he explain that I would rec information on how I will be able to read the reception how the sun is processing the energy. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. He made me feel confidant that I can now explain it to my husband and know what I'm saying. “is the biggest scam you can possibly imagine ,i have to hire a lawyer to handle this ,never work at all ,few months on and he was over . i have the panel on the side of my house ,i remove it because he never work outside of 3/ 4 months . is a scam you need to believe me . i ask them or trap there materials still waiting on it there have destroy my all roof ,plus i was paying way less before with anormal electric company ,i get back back to a normal electric company and still paid cheaper ,do not get foul by this peoples is a serious scandals . if you want to know more about i show you all the prove ,and you can ask for my contact i be happy to share with you ,plus this peoples going to try to harass you don't let them do that to you . i know plenty lawyer who be happy to help you .”

“These people sold Sunnova solar panels with a 25 year contract to two people in their 70s who were both deaf in one in ear, and both had cancer. Both were dead within 3 years. None of the family lives in the DFW area and the beneficiaries wanted to sell the house. Unfortunately I’m the executor and the contract these people got two sick, elderly people to sign includes a line saying that death does not end the contract, I am convinced that they target vulnerable people. I caution people to watch out for companies with predatory salespeople.”

“Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Their employee Nelson sold a product and promised installation for a product the company didn’t even sell. I reached out to him and the company numerous times and they said they couldn’t help me because it wasn’t added into the contract yet I was charged for the product. Even at the beginning trying to get my panels installed there was no communication on installation date and so was the one that had to keep following up. The installers also put a hole thru my master bedroom wall and I’ve been fighting a year to get my siding and dry wall fixed. Terrible company!!!!”

“COMPLETE SCAM !!!! All they say is blunt lies. The system does not work. I had an installation done , I still pay $180 of electricity and $222 of the panels. That is no savings whatsoever. Once they install they disappear, you hear absolutely nothing form them. Please do not get in debt with this unprofessional company.”

“They scam people don't be fool you better off call with another company get different quote but whatever you do don't go with this company. Especially don't believe on them on the tax credit. Before you sign with any company the sell solar panel especially this one check with your tax consultant about how the tax credit work they don't know and they will lie to you.”
