10 Star Solar & Electric

10 Star Solar & Electric runs solar and electrical work out of Gastonia, AK. The privately owned outfit handles solar repairs, whole home battery backup installs, and electrical panel upgrades across North and South Carolina. They cover jobs from single breaker fixes to full solar panel removal and reinstall, with one crew managing diagnosis through completion. The business lists itself as licensed and insured for both electrical and solar work, and they keep phone lines answered for customers needing service in the Carolinas.

Homeowners call them for solar panel repairs when production drops or inverters show errors, and for battery backup systems that kick in during outages. Jonathan has handled several installs where he walked customers through the steps and showed how the equipment runs afterward. Other jobs include fixing combiner boxes, getting panels back online fast after weather damage, and sorting electrical outlet problems. Reviewers note the battery setups were sized right and tested, while panel fixes restored full output without repeated visits.

They get back to calls quickly and keep updates clear from the first contact through final testing. Work stays on schedule, with crews arriving when promised and finishing in one visit where possible. Pricing gets described as straightforward, and the same team stays on the job instead of handing off between different groups. Service reaches the full Carolinas area with coverage for both solar and electrical needs during regular business hours.

Google shows a 5 star rating from 12 reviews, with repeated notes on clear explanations, timely arrivals, and systems that run right after the crew leaves. Reviewers mention the staff stays organized on battery and panel jobs alike, plus fair costs and solid follow through on questions. DIRT Score 4 from 12 reviews on Finds.
