“I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the lack of service I have received. 1. It took several months for my sign to get installed. The installer asked me to leave, since it would take time to install the outside sign. I then get a call he was leaving for an emergency. 2. It too over 5 months to get the installer to come back and get my sign to light up. 3. I called and asked before printing my door sign if, it was clear and I was told Yes. The door sign is blurry. I spoke to Rose several times about the sign and it's been several months and no reply from her. Very disappointed. My door sign is blurry and I was told by Rose, she would check herself. I sent photos and texted and called her. The last text was three months ago and no response. I can't recommend them at this point. I waited and waited, but tbe service to get better and it hasn't. The previous owner had a 5 star review.I love the service I receive every time. I have been with them, since 2012. ❤❤ Their work is always of the highest quality.”

“Horrible service from the beginning. Poor communication. Did not pull the proper sign permits even though we paid for permits to be pulled as per city requirements. We were told permit was pulled and we didn't find out till later when we were fined by the city for not pulling a permit. Contacted BudgetSigns at least a dozen times or more to try and get them to pull the permit they were supposed to and that we paid for. Never got a response. Eventually we were told in a one sentence text that the permit had been submitted but it was in review. A month later I called the city and was told that the review had been completed a long time ago and they just needed the permit paid for. I paid for the permit AGAIN just to get this wrapped up and get the city off our back. To this day almost 6 mos later despite multiple texts and emails, nobody has called to tell us the permit has been approved. VERY disappointed with the level of service. Will never use them again.”

“Bought some polycarbonate and it was very bent when I picked it up, so the guy tells me to just lay it flat for few hrs and it would straighten out. 3 days laying flat with weight and did not make any difference. So I took it back and they bent the middle straight but looks warped so the owner suggested I buy a heat gun to fix what they sold me instead of offering to fix it. So clearly they don't offer good quality and lack in customer service.”
