When my inverter went out, he came by, quickly figured out what needed attention, and went up to remove a panel so he could properly access and take care of the issue himself. He was professional with us from the beginning, hardworking, and genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated how quickly he stepped in to get things handled. “Reneal removed and reinstalled my solar panels while my roof shingles were replaced. He was up to date on legislation which allowed him to reconfigure the arrays with better clearance for maintenance and for snow accumulation to avoid damage to rain gutters. He also created more distance from roof heat vents to improve panel efficiency. He was able to fit one panel on a different side of the roof where it will produce more energy. He identified a damaged/defective part and worked to get a replacement so we didn’t have issues later on. He updated the array configuration with my solar monitoring system and ensured it was connected and on-line while we still had daylight. Already the next morning I am seeing more production from the improved configuration. Raneal knows what he is doing!”
