“I’m beyond upset with this company! The thing I despise more than being placed on hold for hours on the phone is scheduling an appointment at 6 pm and the guy not showing up till past 7 pm and disregarding a note I left on my door. I wrote if you are the solar company DO NOT KNOCK on my door. You are over an hour late. You should be more punctual with your time. You will have to reschedule. The man read my note and proceeded to ring my doorbell. I have a 2 month old baby that was trying to fall asleep and was rudely awaken because he decided to ignore my sign. For a company trying to gain customers you just lost one for being inconsiderate. If this is how you treat potential customers how do you treat your actual customers when something goes wrong? Do you waste their time and could care less what they have to do?”

“El Paso 📍 They just stopped by this morning, and it was a very simple process honestly, i had never taken the time to sit down with anyone who’s come by before but i had the time and sat down with the young man who came by for about half an hour and i ended up saving about 20$ every month , the fixed payment i really liked. I’ll update this after i end up getting everything installed but so far so great 😃”

“Tried to charge double what a solar panel system should and hide it behind low monthly payments. Do your research and do not sign with these crooks. Just because something has a low payment does not make it a good deal.”

I had Jaren I believe his name was come by and the whole process was super easy and so far my bill is $80 lower, super nice staff with an actual office that’s local here in Corpus! but I will post an update in the next 6 months about how much I’m saving!
