“UPDATE MARCH 13, 2026; The company contacted me regarding all the issues and they are NOT involved in the financial aspect (hence that’s not their fault). They promised to fix the minor issue with the single non working panel which they have done (all my panels are now working and I have no complaints against them and or their service hence I am updating my review to 5 stars. The repair was 100% free, I didn’t pay a dime. I was offered compensation but i declined because they did nothing wrong and my actions here are not monetary induced (or influenced by anyone or anything). UPDATE; FEBRUARY 16, 2026; 1 of my Solar panels have NOT been working and I have contacted the mgr through whom I got this deal and have got SILENCE. I complained that she waited for a week to answer me a text on a number she doesn’t personally tracked. Believe me, after reading other Solar companies’ reviews I can honestly say that this company is second to none. I’m pretty sure that Elaine will forgive me because she is great at what she does.”

“I have had great response to questions and concerns but most of all my electricity went out and I didn’t know what to do or check with for the issue , I was given a phone number for AEP called and within 45 minutes they were here. He was pushing to get the deal done that day and was visibly disappointed when telling him I wanted to review before making a decision. He left with telling me he would send me all the info to my email.. That was 6/10 it’s now 6/15 I’ve reached out 4 times to follow up and received one response asking what info I needed and haven’t heard from him since 6/13. “Hello, I am having a major issue with these services. Their representatives literally borderline stalked and harassed till we finally gave in to their panels. They down right lied to us. I gave them my light bill twice months apart so they knew exactly the amount of energy that we were using. I'm paying more than what was promised for the panels plus I have an entire other light bill with Ambit. Paying almost $400 a month for my light. This is robbery and deciept at its finest. My family and I were content with our Reliant energy bill. We paid $130 a month or less. One of your representatives said they would pay the contract termination fee. They sent me $300 but my disconnect fee was more like $500 and I was left in bad standing with my old light company. So now I have to deal with bad credit because of your company. “Beware of this company. As a prior comment on here stated this company is very misleading falsifying information to get you to sign a contract. Projection of my usage was completely off. The solar panels they provided for me do not even provide power for half the amount of kilowatts used on winter months and I would assume even less over the summer. 2 months in I realized they were completely off on what they projected my usage would be. When I reached out to the company they would not correct this. Stated that was a projection their engineers provided and to their knowledge their engineers are not mistaken even though the obvious electric bill stated different. Information provided was inaccurate and misleading to get a client to sign into a contract. Please beware of this company. I am now dealing with a 70,000 Dollar loan four panels that I did not even use for 2 months. Then they promise you that the turnaround return tax credit what cover x amount of the loan. Which is untrue because they tax credit is based off your yearly earnings and not the actual panels themselves. This is information they fail to provide as well.
