“I had a great experience with this company! The representative, Clint, was very nice and very knowledgeable. He came prepared! He explained every detail and never was pushy. The solar panels were explained and he gave us an idea of where they could be placed. The company has great warranties! I would recommend this company to anyone considering getting solar panels. “I am very pleased with my TriSMART Solar experience. Charlie in sales was great at the beginning of the process and the entire leadership team was willing to work with me when I had a few concerns with a couple of terms in the contract. I feel they are a company concerned with getting it right for the customer. The product is as promised and I’m looking forward to a long relationship with TriSMART during the production phase. There were however some issues with changing permitting requirements where I live and some installation bumps. These are the reasons for only 4 of 5 stars, but I would recommend definitely recommend TriSMART to family and friends.”

“Tri-Smart arrived on time and completed the installation in the time frame promised. This crew was great! All three were extremely friendly and courteous. We did have additional work that was needed but unexpected. A hole had to be cut in my utility room wall to allow access to the electric wires outside. The hole was patched and painted before the crew left. If you are considering going solar I would highly recommend Tri-Smart for your installation.”

“They were early with the install and very clean aswell. They got it done way quicker than expected and worked with my schedule to get things done in a timely manner. I refinanced through them and they put the correct number of panels on my home to ensure that I get the maximum out of my panels. One of my inverters was out, found out I have to monitor my monthly report email and contact them. Unfortunately it was a month later when I noticed so I lost production for one month on my panel. Even though TriSMART was the smaller of the 2 companies, they offered a better plan, a better interest rate, a better monthly payment PLUS they are local and way friendlier than the other company out of California was.
