I feel abandoned as a customer and since I signed a contract won't be able to cancel or I will be charge ridiculous hidden charges and they will put a lien on my house. “Really bad experience with these guys. Dont get them. They are the worst. Especially with the customer service. Got my panels installed in December 2022. The process started in about June. 6 months to install the panels. After about 3 months, I never noticed a change in my light bill. Contacted them and was told to give it a yr so I can see some changes. I was like ok fine. Recently, I decided to look for a cheaper power company to lower my light. My friends works for a power company, and she sees my bill and lets me know that I'm not getting credited for the power my solar panels are produced. I called my service company, and they told me they don't work with solar panels. That I need to look for a company that's works with solar panels. Not all power companies work with solar panels. I was never advised this by anyone from Zero/Erus energy about this. I contacted them and the customer service guy ("Luis" with a foreign accent. Not hispanic) tells me that it wasn't their problem that nobody told me and that there is nothing they can do for me. I guess I was supposed to magically know that! So for about a year, I have been paying for a full light bill, and I won't get reimbursed”

“Worst company ever! These people are cons that will promise you the stars if you let them and will not follow through. They will leave you hanging throughout the whole process. If you have a contract with another company and they try to tell you that they will pay the cancellation fee or that they can’t charge you anything they are lying to you! Also got promised that they would take care of my cancellation fee with my current electricity provider and they denied me when the time came! They never helped me find a buy back company at all! They never answer your calls and they have their secretary tell you that they are in meetings and trainings. I am in a current lawsuit with another company for thousands of dollars because I cancelled them to go with zero energy because i was promised that they would take care of the charges and ended up backing out. Sheriffs and constables kept leaving me notices at my house about my serving and i kept telling them about it and they kept promising that they would deal with it and that never happened! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They may tell you that im just a disgruntled customer but believe me when i say that im not the only one th”

“Please do not get panels or any other services with them‼️ We got our panels here and for months they left us in the dark about the installation dates and stuff. So whatever cool. Our 1st payment came and our panels were not even on yet so I refused to pay. The process is long and tedious. They also told us that we would be paying a steady rate wronggg. After 1 year your payment goes up. We pay 100 extra from what they told us. And when we called them they said it was up to our bank the finances to make that decisions they installed the water filter and told us we had 1 free filter change. When i called to have it changed they told me it was 199 usd and that they couldn't even pull it up with my name or our adresss DAMN talk about SCAM. RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THESE PEOPLE DO NOT OEPN THE DOOR FOR THEM....”
