LMR BUILDERS, LLC

LMR Builders LLC operates out of Magnolia Texas as a home building and commercial remodeling outfit started by Larry Robinson. He built up 16 years of hands on time with some of the bigger builders around Houston before setting out on his own. The work covers everything from basic starter homes up through high end custom builds along with full scale remodeling jobs on existing houses. Larry keeps a close eye on every stage of the work and notes that a big share of new jobs comes straight from people who were referred by past clients.

Homeowners who have used the crew describe projects that tackled entire remodels on houses that were thirty years old or more. They mention how the team took on the full scope of updates and helped turn rough ideas into finished spaces without dragging things out. Larry gets called out by name for staying easy to deal with while making sure the work matched what the client had in mind. Reviews point to jobs that wrapped up on the original timeline and without extra costs piling up.

The outfit works by listening first then laying out clear steps before any tools come out. Communication stays direct and Larry himself handles a lot of the day to day decisions to keep things moving. Pricing gets discussed up front so clients know what to expect and the crew sticks to it. Service runs through Magnolia and nearby spots with hours that fit normal construction schedules rather than odd shifts.

Google shows a five star mark even with very few entries logged so far. The main points that keep coming up are reliability on older homes and the ability to hold to both budget and calendar. Larry Robinson leads the jobs and the pattern in feedback is that clients plan to call the same crew again when the next round of work comes up.
