I had been getting water leak detection notices from the water agency I had been going through all possible things in my house and narrowed it down the fountain. Between the plumber replacing my dedicated backflow to the fountain and their dedication to finding the leak in the fountain, was just invaluable. Carlos was so kind and patient at problem solving each piece in my setup. They did not build my fountain and I had limited information on how it was built let alone how to maintain it. They got me back up and running in no time. Lori in the office is maybe the sweetest person I’ve come across in really long time. Every aspect of my experience with them was exceptional.”
