“Brady helped me get work done on my family's home and I cannot be happier with the results. The Barkers are so happy with their new installs. The were not displaced, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The subcontractors was friendly and helpful every step of the way. You will not be disappointed if you use this contractor for any project you have.”

“Subcontractors 1st which I get it but they don't represent a company fully as a direct employee does. Hot today & the men worked in the heat but 1st thing is after 2 no call no show scheduled appointments, they finally got someone for the install, then they arrive & advise equipment won't work need to order different size..mind you they had already had someone here to get measurements & details for the estimate. Then once it's done today and they leave which I get it's a long day & they're over an hour away from my home BUY you choose the work just as I do my job and I'm now left to realize I have a big open piece of equipment showing that was behind a wall before. So after the no call no shows & no response for a week from the company (and yes I have all the screenshots) then finally 3 weeks after those initial setup dates I'm still left to figure out how to close this off and as a single mom and widow sadly money is tight but I'll get it done as long as I can sadly leave this review that I wish I wasn't.& I'm still waiting for an approved job for a new water tank install that's had no followup except that they don't have a worker to do plumbing at this time. “I wish I could rate them higher because the technicians were kind and personable, but unfortunately, our AC problem was not resolved. We have been in this small building for 14 years and have had the same unit for 12 years. Until recently, it consistently reached our target temperature within a relatively short period of time, so we are very familiar with how the system normally performs. We had also been running dehumidifiers after a pipe leak, and it was suggested that they were creating more heat than the AC could handle. However, the system had previously operated with those same dehumidifiers without any difficulty. We also turned them off for several days, and the AC’s performance did not improve. The system now produces occasional bursts of very cold air, but most of the time the air is only moderately cool and inconsistent. That is a noticeable change from how it performed before. The technicians cleaned the coils, but the original issue remained. We called afterward and left a message explaining that we were still having the same problem. A woman returned our call and said she had spoken with the technicians, who considered the service complete. We were then invoiced e”

Scott came out to look at the issue and was amazing. He is super knowledgeable and very willing to solve the issues. Mike “ The Project Mgr” and Jennifer were on top of the project the whole time. We never had to contact them They would contact us with step by step process. Jennifers Customer Service was above and beyond. Her crew that came out to our home for installation was Caleb, Nathan, Cam and Trent. These 4 young men came out to our home and work so close together and very professional. They work like Santa’s elf’s on Christmas Eve. From the time they got here until the time they left truly felt like minutes. They were that fast, and such enjoyment to have them here. “Believe the negative comments. This company is mostly a middle man that takes their 10% to find local subcontractors then abandons you once the install is complete. I have had multiple warranty issues that took MONTHS to get resolution. Their response was summarized as "that was a subcontractor that went out of business but we will warranty their shoddy work this time." Then after only 3 years of installation i have a 25yr inverter go bad. Their response was "Unfortunately we do not service the state of Montana any longer, we have no techs in the region at this time. You are outside of your 1-year post install warranty so you are welcome to reach out to a local installer for help with this matter. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns moving forward." Watch the fine print, these guys are a complete scam. Steer clear.”

“I had solar installed at my residence about 8 months ago. The bill went up from only having Duke and now they stopped working almost 3 months ago. I have been unsuccessful having help or having anyone get back to me about fixing this issue. I was told they will replace the panels but now weeks later, no response and no call back. I do not recommend this as it has become way more of a headache than a good thing for my family and I. It's unfortunate.”

All of the crew appeared to know thier job assignment and went straight to work. I noticed that each crew member was knowledgeable and experienced. When we hit a snag with the interconnection application, since our service address did not match the address that Duke had on file, she jump in, contacted our county office, requested documentation of our address and walked us thru the process we had to follow to get Duke to update our information in their system. “This company is very sales forward. Customer service and response time was great up front and through the installation process. After that process was completed, all of my calls were redirected to the after installation customer service number and I could not reach anyone I had spoken to before the install. It was very odd. We’ve had the panels for 5 months and have not seen any decrease in our electricity bill as we were told. So now we have an additional bill on top of what we were already paying. I called and emailed 2 months ago to see why and was told we were underproducing and they would open a ticket to get a tech out to check it out. The tech finally came out yesterday 4/6 and advised there was too much shade in the back of our home and recommended we cut our trees. 2 issues here. Most of our trees in the back of our home are from another property. Why was this not thought about PRIOR to installation?? And to add insult to injury, they told me that we could also think about moving it but there would be additional cost associated with that. This has got to be a joke.”
