A crew from Legacy Solar Solutions arrived and prior to beginning, they asked if I had any questions or concerns. They also made sure that I could inquire about the project at any time. I was also in daily contact with Brett Lake to keep me updated on what to expect as the work continued. After the roof was completed, Legacy Solutions were back at my house when they said they would arrive. The crew were very professional and they again asked me if I had any questions. How refreshing it was that their inspector did not recommend replacement, even though that clearly would have been to their advantage. They did take pictures of all the pipe boots that were in fact in need of replacement. Within a few minutes we had an estimate for that work, and it was scheduled for the next morning, as rain was in the forecast for the weekend. The work was completed quickly and at a fair price.
