“Bought solar and batteries from this company, but the backup batteries are not working, and now they are ghosting us. The batteries do not work. We have had to call (and email and text) them 20+ times before they come out. When they finally come out, they piddle around, and nothing is resolved. They all started off great when they wanted to sell you something, but as soon as you purchase it, they are pretty much done with you. Buyer Beware!”

“Jorge and the team (AB & Alec) came to install my color panels and I’m over joyed with the results! Appreciate you guys efficiency with the install and answering my questions and most of all the quality of your work and the respect you showed to my home. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.”

“Thus far I have nothing good to say about this company they sold me more panels on top of what I already had because I qualified for a relief program in Texas in regard solar owners and guess what I’m still getting a high electric and have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 6 months now to no avail! I’d give them 0 stars if I could”

“My name is Humberto Rocha. Gio came and explained everything to me about the benefits of solar. I was able to get approved for the program & now i am on a fixed rate! No more high electric bills . I highly recommend NXTLEVEL HOMES , they are AWESOME.”

“I'm Bonnie Hernandez and I want to let everyone know that if you do business with this company you will never hear from them after they install the solar panel because they never answer their business phone . I have been reaching out to speak with someone but I have not been successful it's going on 4 months.”

“The customer service was very detailed and answered all my questions both in person and through text. Thomas was very patient in explaining the process so that I could understand the entire process from start to finish. The install team was very professional and quickly finished the install and explained the app to me. Hopefully I'll be able to keep in contact with Thomas for years to come not just as a sales representative but as a great person who believes in customer service. I probably wouldn't have went with solar if someone else had tried to sell it to me.”

“I had a fantastic experience with NXT LEVEL HOMES! Alaun Clay was the representative who spoke with me, and I truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and the respectful way he carried the conversation. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly without being pushy. It's rare to meet someone so genuinely helpful and committed to providing a great experience. If you're looking for a team that knows their stuff and treats you right, I highly recommend working with NXT LEVEL HOMES—especially Alaun Clay!”

“My first thoughts were a bit apprehensive about making this change to solar even though with a lower monthly bill being possible; along with consideration of the importance of helping the environment. My new friend, Dretti, explained everything with confidence, professionalism, and all the detailed information to let me know how the system and company would work on my behalf. I’m excited for this move to solar!”
