“I recently installed solar with RISE Power out of Richardson. It’s been up and running for three weeks now and is producing a ton more than I’ve been consuming. Happy to share because of the fine work that Rise has done, and the great buyback rate of Grayson Colin crediting back the energy I overproduce for the Summertime, it’s 1 to 1 credit with rollover. Happy to recommend my rep Dan Warren with the company, he did a great job. Also gave me the best price of any company I shopped with.”

“Buyer beware! I have reported them to the BBB. They do not honoring warranties, Questionable installation and then ghosted. In my experience dealing with them, they just want your money. If they ever attempt to make things right and use any type of business ethics, I would change this post, but I honestly doubt it. They don't even answer the BBB. If this company would do this to a military veteran, they will do it to anyone. First, I tried to contact their point of contact about replacing my roof and they never returned my phone call. Secondly when I got the solar panels I was told as long as someone licensed to handle solar panels removed and replaced the panels then warranty was still valid. Lastly, the part that I am having trouble with was not touched by anyone other than Rise. It has been out since 2023 but a person from Rise came out before all this and said my system was fine. Rise does not want to honor their warranty so they are looking for excuses. My system worked for roughly 2 years after they installed it. They do not return phone calls or emails. The Gateway is on the side of my house and has not been worked on. So try again. They are very friendly until they ”

“Would not recommend. We did solar with them a few years ago. Last year they recommended roof replacement, so we let them do the roof. Big Mistake! We have had multiple issues since, with no resolution in sight. All you get is false promises, mis-direction and lack of communication. Look elsewhere for honesty, reliability and follow through. We have attempted to reach out to Adam Harper several times with one email response. He has failed to provided an in person appointment or a phone call. We have provided a detailed document showing that we do not owe the balance they are asking for. The work has not been completed. Anyone reading this can go back on the last few review this company has had and see the same trend. It is unfortunate to see what was a good company go the wrong way. Buyer Beware! Avoid business with this company.”

“I've been a customer of RISE power for over 3 years now. This team is very professional and keep up to their quality commitment. Install was prompt and clean. There have been no issues with the panels. They helped coordinating with the utility company as well and provided all needed support to get my 3rd party financial services in getting the loan processed. The solar panels have been working well and consistent. No damages during hail storms. While I have had the trip switch go off inside the enphase gateway during heavy lightning and thunder storms twice, RISE service personnel showed up and got it fixed promptly. Now they proactively check in to see if I was affected during a recent storm ! I'm glad they didn't forget about me. Unlike other businesses that just focus on gaining new customers, RISE pays attention to their current customers, which is amazing. I would definitely recommend RISE power for anyone looking to go Solar for their home.”

“I was very skeptical about going solar due to issues I have seen others have but a work friend of mine referred me to this company and I have to say I am nothing but impressed! First my salesman Alex has been great and has helped me through every step of this process and there team at rise is amazing they will keep you in the loop and they stay on top of every detail. When it came to the install of the system the crew lead by Rudy was very professional and did an amazing job they where very knowledgeable and took there time explaining everything that was going to happen and how everything works in depth. When we ran into some issues with my homes existing wiring and had some problems they made sure that it was fixed and where very dedicated to making sure everything was 100% I cannot thank that crew enough for all the hard work they put in. As the project got going, he was great about communication on updates, and helping move things along. Benjamin, the electrician that installed our Powerwalls, was great as well. I got in touch with Rise and Tony was able to walk me through some troubleshooting I could try before sending someone out for a service call. “UPDATE: It has been almost two years since my solar installation and I am very pleased with the outcome and benefits of going solar. The solar panels helped my home stay cool and lower my energy bill. I was seeing $1,000+ Coserv bills in the summer and this is the second summer that my summer bills have not reached close to $1,000 (and we know electricity rates have not decreased!). The interesting thing is that I have been using my AC on an even colder setting since we have quite a bit of family staying with us and prefer the home colder. None of my solar panels have failed. “Tony is very patient with the whole process of informing us about Rise power and how their company is better than other Solar companies. He gave us time to do our own investigation on other solar options and companies. “Alex was great to work with. He informed my wife and I about the benefits of going solar and the process. We decided to give it a try and about 4 weeks later rise power was installing the LG solar panels. We were excited to have solar panels installed but unfortunately they were not activated the same day. About a week later a rise technician came back and connected the solar panels to our WiFi. They said to give it 24 hours and everything should be up and running on the app. 24 hours go by and only one panel is in showing up producing energy. We reach out to the app company to set up our account and they inform us we need to reach back out to rise power to add the missing panels. We had 25 panels installed but only 1 was working. By this time it had been about 2 weeks since installation. I called rise power and someone was able to add the missing panels but they were not producing energy. I reached out to Alex about the issue he inform me he would put in a ticket to get the issue fixed. The following week someone came to the house updated the connection and 24 hours later all 25 panels were working and producing energy. So about 3 weeks after installation we have our solar panels ”

“RISE Power LLC installed the Solix 1X battery backup and controller, which is the capstone of my custom system, including solar and an onsite standby generator. The Solix 1X took less than a a day to install, and was up and running with my existing system before they left for the day. Tony, from RISE Power has been to my house a couple times since, helping set up the Anker app, making sure the settings were optimized for my setup. He is currently helping me find the best electricity provider to utilize the new capabilities of my system. I would definitely recommend utilizing RISE Power and the Solix 1X whole house battery backup system.”
